We specialize in Texas style, all-meat chili (also known as chili con carne) that has no beans or other fillers. Its flavor has a unique balance of tanginess, bold, but mild, chile pepper flavor, and a hint of hickory smoke. When you try it, we are certain it will be unlike any other chili you have had. Had a delicious lunch at the Silver Lake Mall today at an awesome local family owned spot called Sierra Ranch Chili . They have a delicious all meat award winning chili they serve that is incredible. Instarted with a large bowl of chili, and I also had a chili brisket link which is an incredibly flavorful beef brisket dog smothered in the chili. I absolutely love that local malls have been featuring more small businesses like this. If you are in the area and want a delicious chili made by an amazing family stop into Sierra Ranch Chili at the silver lake mall.

I love authentic, No-Bean Chili, especially over a Dog. Sierra Ranch delivered the goods in spades. Their Chili is perfectly flavored and having no beans is a small chop recipe just perfect for a Chili Purist to appreciate like it should be. Best I’ve had by far in the Coeur d’Alene / Spokane region. The “Dog” I was served was not a dog at all. It was a phenomenal, locally sourced Brisket Sausage, and man it was great. The perfect base to pair with the Chili. Incredibly courteous service and a genuine interest in making sure all my needs and expectations were met and even surpassed. Don’t wait until you “happen” to be in the Mall to try Sierra Ranch Chili. Make it a destination. It is fully worth it.

off the bat, customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. the prices are reasonable, especially for how quality the food is. they make the fries fresh to order. and the family recipe chili is delicious and they even give you a sample.
I ate the chili before I could get a picture (sorry it was that good) my mom got the Texas toast chilli melt, which I tried and it was amazing! definitely coming back here to punch the rest of the dishes off my punch card. (And you get a free hat or t-shirt when you do)

Aaron and Christian were absolutely amazing to work with! We got Sierra Ranch Chili catered for a retirement party at our cabinet shop and they books us in very quickly, were prompt with the delivery, and the food was delicious. Everyone in our shop was incredibly impressed with the quality and they are not an easy bunch to please. We definitely recommend visiting or booking with them!
