We were there for Pittsburgh Week Menu. We sat at the bar before our reservation. We’re seated by the window. We ordered one selection from the Pittsburgh week menu and one other entree. It was tons of food! Anthony was a great server! Highly recommends. Can’t wait to go back to try the pizza!

This is a pretty busy place at least in the weekends. We are a group there we wanted to sit on the rooftop, but they don’t have food menu on the rooftop. It’s mostly for drinks so we went downstairs to have the dinner menu was decent. The food wasn’t OK. Prices are not bad. Customer service was pretty good. The service was a bit slow. Did you have a bar for drinks as well I think in summer it would be great with the roof top open, but I’m sure it’s probably crowded.

I had my wedding reception here at the Il Tetto Beer Gargen, it was amazing! They included food & beverage in their event rental cost, that was why we chose them. We had very minimal decor because the Ik Tetto is so pretty on its own! My only complaint is that we dealt with 3 different event vendors which was frustrating, our second one was supposed to be our main one and he ghosted us the week of the wedding, the third one pulled through to get it all done though. My guests loved the venue.

Nice atmosphere and solid Italian food, I really liked the ambiance with the lights, holiday decorations, and lighting.

The drinks were really fun, especially their seasonal ones! The pizza and pasta were also fairly good, you can definitely feed two per pizza, and the fig drizzle was delicious! It’s a very floppy pizza crust, which isn’t my preference, but it was a good thin style. The other flavor combinations also looked good, especially the hot honey.

The only thing is that the food and drinks took forever to arrive, even when the restaurant was only half full. But, our server was very nice and took great care of us, so overall, would still recommend as a solid spot downtown!

It has been a few years since I was in this establishment, but nostalgia kicked in as soon as I got seated by the window. This is one of the few places in downtown that survived the pandemic and offers a rooftop bar.
We were welcomed with a dazzling mimosa tasting that sparked joy and bubbles. The pumpkin waffle was absolutely amazing! Thank you for your hospitality.

Had a great experience eating here with a party of 8. We got drinks upstairs (very casual) then came down to Mezzo for dinner. The appetizers were my favourite part of the meal, particularly the arancini. Pizza was good and cocktails were delicious. Our server was wonderful, very friendly but gave us space, kept an eye on us the whole evening. A great spot close to the major hotels and convention centre!

I was impressed by the speed in which our meal was served. We had less than an hour until an improv show and I got a chicken sandwich, which was pretty decent. Decor was lovely, I hope next time that the roof deck is open next time!

Ordered online for pickup. Drove around 3 times to find parking only to get the wrong order. I’m not sure why putting the correct order in the correct bag is so complicated. Ordered over $70 worth of food to get mostly French fries. I was told a manager would give me a call, 2 hours later still waiting.

SO GOOD! You can mix and match meatballs and sauces and have them in a sandwich, bowl, salad, by themselves, etc. they have 5 different meatballs and about 8 sauce flavors. I had the spicy pork meatball with Diablo sauce – delicious but hot , the veggie with mushroom gravy (good but not my favorite) and the “ball of the month” was a gyro style tzatziki sauce – amazing! My kids had just buttered spaghetti and green beans and loved both! My parents also had salads that they liked!

The Mezzo level provides a relaxing comfortable atmosphere to enjoy friends and food. The gnocchi was lacking in taste, though the crab ravioli were plentiful. Was somewhat taken aback that the only bottle of Cabernet was from Spain, given the Italian foundation of this restaurant. Nevertheless it was a pleasant wine, and appropriately priced. Yes, I would go again as all the meals that I witnessed being served looked great and were devoured by those around me.
