The evening was quiet, the drinks came quickly, and we felt like VIPs. Our sever kept our waters filled and made sure we loved every bite. Our cocktails were perfect. If you are looking for a nice place to eat in Downtown Wichita this is it.

We were out on a date night before a concert. We told our server Alex we hadn’t been here before and he said he would be giving us excellent service but unfortunately that was not the case at all. Our drinks were delayed about 20 minutes and our food took about 45 minutes. We had to flag him down and ask multiple times about both things, which we did very politely. The server seemed annoyed and gave passive aggressive responses (“it’s not like I can control the kitchen” and when I said I hope our food comes soon, he said “yeah, for my sanity’s sake”). The couple who walked in right ahead of us had their food before we got our drinks, and paid and left before we got our food. The table next to us arrived halfway through our time there. They got their food delivered at the same time as us despite the server telling us that the kitchen was backed up (seating was maybe 40% capacity) and chicken takes a while (the table next to us ironically also got the chicken.) I hate to bash on the place too much because the manager Josh came over and took excellent care of us from that point forward and very generously comped our meal. He mentioned they are trying to build business back up so I would like to give it another chance with a different server. The place ia very date night friendly. I loved the scallops and my husband got the stuffed chicken, which honestly was a bit small and the texture wasn’t great. Also, I’d highly recommend the blackberry moon cocktail, it was incredible!! I would probably go back for that alone.

During a dreadfully cold winter night, while traveling by horseback across the Kansas countryside, I noticed a light in the distance. An oasis, if you will. “Siena Tuscan Steakhouse,” the placard read. I hitched my trusty steed to the post, and headed inside for warmth and refreshment.
Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Hadleigh, the likes of whom was akin to a lost sailor spotting dry land after months at sea.

Hadleigh suggested I try her Una Vida cocktail. Famished, and placing the utmost trust in my friendly host, I happily accepted.

The flavor combination was nothing short of divine; truly a heartfelt potion of the gods.

There isn’t a measurable distance I would deem “too far” to travel for this experience!

We stayed at the Ambassador and had dinner at the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing. Despite being late, the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was relaxing and elegant. Overall, a great experience!

First time at Siena Tuscan. From the warm and friendly greeting to the delicious food, everything was absolutely amazing here! The Alaska Halibut was soooo tasty! Highly recommend! Our server was very attentive. Overall, a 10/10 experience! Definitely will return to try some other menu items.

Do. Not. Order. Steak. From. This. Establishment. I had the “14oz”-maybe 8oz on a calibrated scale, ribeye that was a piece of thin rubber (cooked med-rare)- neighboring table got the filet and looked like a piece of shark bait (slim, not thick, wedge looking-not round like a typical filet -which we all commented on the quality of meat). My baked potato was microwave like- if you know- you know. Just do better.

I came here black in June and forgot to leave a review. I came for my birthday!!! I’m sad to see all of the negative reviews because this place truly is a great spot! The food was amazing like so good and the staff were very kind. They brought out a sparkler with the dessert for my birthday and that was pretty cool!!! Really great vibes too and overall great environment! We did have to walk a ways away from the restaurant but it’s also what’s considered downtown so not all that surprising and riverfest was going on so it made since. If your thinking about trying it definitely do!!! Would be a great date night spot!

This is a very nice, even elegant, looking Italian restaurant in the Ambassador Hotel that specializes in a few less common pasta dishes and FDA choice steaks. It was a Thursday early evening (5:30) and not very busy. We had a reservation. The food was very good and very well prepared. My wife had spaghetti carbonara, and I had flounder with a side of risotto. Both great.
