I was ordering a bowl which came with one protein, I asked for protein on side bc I give it to my child. The lady refused to do it due to inventory on her paper cups. I told her I would accept it on a napkin and she still refused. HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They shut the door before closing time. I was at the door waiting and they ignored me. They knew they did wrong by closing early. If it says 9:00 pm it’s 9:00 pm not sooner

Place is great when there’s no flies. I once brought it up to one of the girls. It was busy that day, compared to most days. She didn’t see there were 2 flies over the bar, with 1 on the rice she had just scooped for me I asked her to get me a different scoop because of the fly. I would’ve accepted at least taking off the top layer of rice. But the girl apologized and took the whole canister of rice to be replaced. The cook in the back, T, comes out and he looks upset but never said anything or even make eye contact. He just keep looking at the food bar, mad or something lol

I went with my family, and the service from the barista wasn’t the friendliest she always looks like she’s upset. This is the third time in separate months I’ve had the same experience with the same lady. I only go back because I didn’t want junk fast food, but I have to mention this option it’s not extraordinary. For chicken salads with grapes and pecans, I can just buy those pre made from H-E-B and add the pecans and grapes. It’s unbearable to have someone expect me or my kids to know the menu, especially when it has so many confusing combinations and an overwhelming presentation. (Marketing team, consider changing the menu—visually, it’s oversaturated.) No wonder this location is always empty.
Never coming back
Points for the cashier that always try to fix her coworker attitude with a smile and friendly demeanor.
Oh and the coke zero syrup was not adjusted. Check the machine.

Came to get a quick dinner, while I was ordering the short man in the back full of hickeys on his neck rudely skipped my husband and I while we were looking at the menu. we were rushed along there was only one other customer in the store. Very poor customer service we weren’t asked if we wanted dressing on our salad and when we asked were charged for it. They also wanted to charge us for crackers when the meal has always come with crackers.
