Tammy was such an amazing server. Very attentive and kind. I’m a pescatarian so I couldn’t eat most of what was on the pre fixed menu but she told me she would make something work. Ended up bringing out branzino to my surprise and it was delicious! I really enjoyed the flan too although I’m usually not a fan on flan. The salsa wasn’t my favorite, it could’ve been a little bit spicy. The ceviche should be cut a bit thinner and evenly sliced as well. Overall I did enjoy my time here.

Siempre J.B was an amazing dining experience! I had the Siempre Margarita, which was refreshing and well-made. I enjoyed chips with salsa and guacamole to start, followed by Yellowtail Ceviche, Shrimp Aguachile, and Beef Empanadas—all full of flavor. The Carnitas Tostada was delicious, and the Chicken Enchiladas Trio was juicy, spicy, and tasty. The highlight was the sizzling Carne Asada steak—very tasty and cooked perfectly. The ambiance was amazing, and parking is free for the first 2 hours. If you plan to stay longer, it’s easy to park across the street at Durango Casino. A must-visit spot for great food and vibes!

A Must-Visit Culinary Gem in Las Vegas!

Siempre J.B. is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was upscale yet inviting, with beautiful decor that made the whole space feel special.

We attended a Yelp Elite tasting event and were treated to a beautifully curated menu that showcased elevated Mexican cuisine at its finest. Every dish was artfully presented and packed with flavor—from the fresh guacamole and salsa with house-made chips, to the melt-in-your-mouth yellowtail ceviche and spicy shrimp aguachile.

Highlights included:
•   Perfectly crispy beef empanadas
•   Carnitas tostadas with sweet mango topping
•   A trio of chicken enchiladas, each with unique sauces
•   Tender, flavorful carne asada steak with rice and beans
•   And a rich, creamy flan to finish it all off

The cocktail of the night, the Siempre Margarita (featuring Loca Loka Tequila), was refreshing and perfectly balanced.

On top of the incredible food, the staff were amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their service elevated the entire evening.

If you’re looking for a spot in Vegas that delivers on flavor, presentation, service, and vibe—Siempre J.B. is it.

Overall, my husband and I had a pleasant experience Since it was not busy at all (5pm Sat.) we were a bit unsure if it was open but soon after the waiter greeted us, seated us, and throughout the entire experience, they checked in on us and provided us with everything we needed. They even inquired if we spoke Spanish, which made us feel comfortable. From that point on, the experience was great. The restaurant started to fill up a bit after and we still enjoyed the delicious food. I would defined recommend and go again

What I liked most were the servers and the food. What I didn’t love were the portion sizes.

From the outside, the restaurant has a great presentation, and the interior decor is nice, but it lacks that true high-end feel—I can’t quite put my finger on why. The staff was friendly and checked in often, which I appreciated. The food arrived in a reasonable time, but a big misstep was how they handled our bottled water. They poured it for us, and when the bottle was finished, they topped off our glasses with regular water without asking. That’s not necessarily an issue if someone doesn’t mind, but it should be a choice.

Overall, the experience was okay, but it didn’t quite convince me to return.

I was really excited to try Siempre J b and there were definitely some highlights. The tostada was outstanding crisp, flavorful, and something I’d happily order again. The enchilada verde also hit the mark with bright, well-layered flavors, while the mole will likely be a crowd-pleaser for most palettes.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. Our salsa flight took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and a table seated 35 minutes after us received their meals first. The extended wait meant polishing off nearly three baskets of chips before appetizers showed up. When my carne asada, requested medium-rare, finally arrived it was tough and noticeably over-cooked. I politely mentioned this to the server but was told it was “medium,” so I made the best of it and moved on. I do wish the server was better as he definitely made the experience much worse for me.

Service hiccups happen, and I’m hopeful this was an off day specially since some dishes were truly excellent. If the kitchen timing, service, and steak execution can match the quality of the tostada and enchilada verde, this spot has real potential. I’d love to return once those details are ironed out.

Shoutout to the hostess for doing the servers job multiple times!

If you’re looking for a hidden gem in Las Vegas, let me put you on to Siempre at The UnCommons.

I had the absolute pleasure of trying their lunch menu—and let me tell you, it was incredible. From the appetizers to the entrées, everything was bursting with flavor and beautifully crafted. Totally worth the price.

The space itself? Elegant, relaxed, and perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re planning a cozy date night with cocktails and wine, or just want to treat yourself to something special—Siempre delivers.

And here’s a bonus: they’ve got a private room called La Guarida, also known as The Den. It’s intimate, stylish, and ideal for private dinners or small gatherings—seating up to 12 to 14 guests comfortably.

Seriously, Siempre J.B is one of those places you don’t just visit—you remember. Don’t sleep on it.

First off I want to say the decor, vibes, service was 10/10. They were playing latin music and you could tell it was all hands on deck to make sure everything from a customer service standpoint as a new restaurant gave what it needed to give. Everyone we interacted with was attentive and kind.

Now onto the food, I tried the yellow tail ceviche and that blew me away 10/10. We also had the taquitos which were very underwhelming 3/10, not much flavor. For my main course I had the carne asada and it was disappointing 4/10, again not much flavor in my opinion. For dessert we went with the churros and chocolate tres leches. The churros were crispy and delicious, the only thing that was odd was the inside was runny as if the batter did not finish cooking. I’m used to churros with a doughy inside texture. The chocolate tres leches was a bit disappointing as well. The cake was very crumbly and felt chewy, the milk mixture of the cake was delicious. All in all, I would give Siempre 5/10 with much of the points coming from the decor, vibes, and customer service. If I come back again I’d stay away from the steaks and try something different.

If you find yourself in Las Vegas, do yourself a favor and hit up Siempre J.B. at UnCommons. I stumbled upon it during their Grand Opening, and let me tell you, it was like finding a jackpot without even hitting the slots.

We rolled in with a crew of 12 and they tucked us away in our own private room. We went full throttle on the menu, like we were training for a culinary marathon, I was dining with a couple of foodies. Every dish was flavorful. I wish I didn’t fill up on the chips and guac, but it was hard not to, warm chips and creamy guac was hard to resist. My favorite appetizer was the Yellowtail Ceviche. I enjoyed every main dish we ordered. I am not sure which dish to recommend since I loved them all.

Siempre J.B., you’ve won my heart and my appetite. It’s safe to say I’ll be feasting here every time I visit Las Vegas. Toasting with your Horchata and Carajillo. Cheers!

Let’s start with the good stuff–because there’s plenty! The Guacamole? Amazing! Even though it took 30 minutes to arrive. They clearly forgot and when I asked about it, brought it to the table. The Yellowtail? Melted in your mouth like it was sent from the seafood gods. I loved the citrusy harmony it created in my mouth. The Mexican Rice, Scallops, and Shrimp Diablo? All equally amazing. The Scallops being my absolute favorite as they were prepared to absolute perfection and hands down were some of the best Scallops I have ever had. And while the Filet Mignon was tender, it must’ve missed the flavor bus because it had very little flavor. The Tequila flights were a win, as well as their famous “Bueno Suerte shots,” which had us feeling all sorts of buena suerte. And their Old Fashioned? A definite crowd-pleaser, one of the best I’ve ever had. Now, for the not-so-great… They slapped on a 20% gratuity for just the two of us. I’m all for tipping, but come on–where’s the option? I didn’t appreciate the “no choice but to tip” scenario. And another kicker was our server. He generously offered us free shots for our anniversary–how sweet, right? Wrong. After running my card, I noticed he’d added them to the bill. Apparently, “free” comes with a price! When my face showed my discontent, and I questioned our “free” shot he backtracked and gave us a “free shot” for the road after my bill was already paid and a tip was already awarded. It was also not the same free shot we were going to get but some horribly strong tasting Tequila that was as enjoyable as taking a shot of shoe polish, barely masked by an orange drenched in cinnamon. Thanks, but no thanks. The atmosphere was spot-on, but the way the night wrapped up? Let’s just say it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth- and it wasn’t just from that cinnamon orange. I really wanted this place to become my local version of Toca which we absolutely love however it fell a little bit short of it.
