Fabulous! We ate here two nights. Both nights were excellent! Perfectly cooked, fresh food (lobster fantastic!), great views and exceptional staff. They all were very warm and welcoming, especially Isabelle (I think the owner?) was so very kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right.

Tip: make sure to get there before sunset, order a drink and then take it down to the beach for magnificent sunset views! They even provide some tables and chairs to sit on.

Highly recommend Sid’s!
Reservations recommended.

Wow. What a treat it was to come to Sid’s. We’ve been coming to Anegada for years and have always gone to Potters for lobster night. Sid’s is a completely different experience. Personalized and elegant while not stuffy. Isabel, Sid’s wife, is the life of the restaurant – she knew patron’s names, talked to everyone throughout the night and always had a smile.

The food was absolutely delicious. Don’t forget to order the Conch Stew for the table. It’s insanely delicious.

We can’t wait to be back!

Unbelievable experience here at Sid’s. Called ahead in the morning from Virgin Gorda for a reservation, then made our order via What’s App text message for 7 as we were sailing 2 1/2 hours from VG to Anagoda. We got a mooring in front of the hotel, then took a taxi (arranged by Sid’s) to the restaurant. Unreal sunset and drinks, then conch fritter apps and one of the most incredible lobsters ever. You have to go. You will never forget it.

Second trip to Anegada and wanted something different. Sid’s was incredible!! Let’s start with they were super responsive via what’s app, we ordered ahead so they can prep, they picked us up at the dingy dock, the staff was friendly, the food was very very good, portions were large, and the short walk to beach was perfect. The beach has fluffy white sand, turquoise of turquoise waters, and the ambience was special. Thank you Sid’s for a very unforgettable evening. And Sid thank you for picking us up!

This was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Sid and Isabel, thank for having us your restaurant was the highlight of our trip and if I ever come back to BVI it would be to dine at Sids again! Thank you Sid and Isabel, both me and dad are still talking about it. You’ve set the standard!

I am not kidding when I say the Best steak in the BVI. Sid’s is warm and accommodating. You feel right at home. Take in a beautiful sunset before you dine. Drinks are spot on and the service is great. Wait time for food is reasonable and it is always hot and delicious. Talk and interact with the Owner Mr. Sidney a.k.a Sid. Truly a wonderful dining experience.

Pinito Point is one of those rare BVI spots that gets everything right. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish. The food is excellent across the board, but the ribs are sublime — top five anywhere, fall-off-the-bone ecstasy. The music – thank you for playing an actual island playlist instead of the same American tunes at most other places. And Hostess Isabel truly elevates the experience with her charm and grace. My favorite restaurant so far!

Restaurants in Anegada expect you to order in the afternoon or the morning, in advance of your dinner. HOWEVER, NO ONE told us that until we’ve been waiting for over ONE HOUR AND 20 minutes for our entrees!. All they need to do was tell us up front, But Wait, there’s more! That was only the first service failure. One of our party didn’t get his salad at all and it was on the bill, another person didn’t get his baked potato. Their fix? pulling the whole plate away and making him to wait even longer for the plate to return with the potato! No one came by to ask if we wanted a second drink while we waited over 80 minutes. Several of us ordered hamburgers which had plenty of breaded filling and tasted more like meatloaf. Two of us ordered fresh grilled spiny lobster which was overcooked. Oh and we were told the food would be right out and it was another 10 minutes plus there was a mandatory 18% tip without communicating that beforehand.

So much of this could have been avoided by communicating up front and then following through with whatever commitments the restaurant was going to make. Just tell your guests it’s going to be an hour or more before any food is ready. Let your guests know what to expect before we order. If you say the food is going to be right out, say it right before the food comes out. not 10 minutes beforehand. Come by and offer your guest a second drink: you’ll make money and they’ll be happier. Don’t put breading in your burger and call it a burger, call it a meatloaf sandwich!

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and has a beautiful setting. The staff had a friendly attitude. But they failed to execute repeatedly and didn’t manage to meet or manage expectations time after time. It’s okay to be different, you just need to be clear about what you’re offering and make sure you follow through with whatever expectation you create.

The main part of the meal wasn’t bad but nothing special that I couldn’t cook my self which I ultimately ended up doing for most of the 10 days we were there. The dessert was not good. The key lime pie was frozen and the creme brulee which is my favorite dessert was glooby and didn’t have brulee. This is not the best restaurant in Anegada. To their credit they didn’t charge us for the desserts. I wasn’t going to complain but the waiter noticed we only ate a couple of bites of each. The waiter was very nice and attentive, a very good waiter and I believe he said his name was Eric. Credit to him for telling us his name.

Excellent restaurant! The owner/people running the restaurant are all very kind and welcoming. Fantastic food and view. It’s private in a special rural way, with a nice pathway to a seemingly private beach. You seriously can’t top this A+ vibe! The food was exceptional and FULL of flavor. Get the stewed conch! They offered me a delicious shot of locally roasted espresso out of a beautiful (and very well made!) Italian espresso machine. Delicious! The service was exceptional and a wonderful end to our trip. Thank you!
