Probably the best burger I have had in the Boise area! Well cooked, great flavor, bun was of great quality and didn’t get soggy! The whole experience was amazing! Our waitress was attentive and fun and took great care of us! 10 stars if I could give them. We have found our go to burger joint for sure! They just need chilled beer mugs to push them completely over the top!!

Very good food and atmosphere. The restaurant is clean. Our server was phenomenal. The sandwiches are huge! The sides, specifically the pretzels are small. This is why I didn’t give 5 stars. The burgers are quality beef. The Nashville Hot chicken was great!

Three hungry people vs three different burgers, fries and a barrel of delicious milkshake…we stood no chance. The milkshake was perfect. The fries were addictive. The burgers were outstanding.

My only complaint is that my wider-than-average bottom was unable to get comfy in the high-top seating. Moved to a standard tabletop after struggling with the hightop chair.

We stopped in for at a late lunch at the Village location. The service was excellent and our burgers were delicious. The patties are 8oz and huge! We were happy to see the meat comes from Snake River farms. The three of us shared one fries order. We could not finish our burgers. The shakes looked fantastic but we were too full to try one. The are so big, you could share one for a dessert! We can’t wait to go back!

We stopped by Sid’s Garage on a Sunday afternoon for a casual bite and were pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered the teriyaki burger, which was flavorful and juicy, with just the right amount of sweet-savory sauce. My son went with a classic cheeseburger, and he gave it two thumbs up—simple, well-seasoned, and satisfying.

What really stood out were the Parmesan fries—crispy, golden, and loaded with savory cheese. Easily some of the best fries we’ve had in a long time, and definitely worth going back for.

The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but we didn’t have any trouble finding parking, though that could be due to it being Sunday. Seating was a bit of a mixed bag. While the layout worked fine for a quick meal, the cloth seat cushions were visibly dirty and could really use a good deep cleaning. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did take away from the overall vibe, especially when the food itself is clearly above average.

Service was fine—not overly attentive but we got everything we needed without delay. It felt like the kind of place that draws a regular local crowd, and the menu had several other options that looked tempting.

Overall, despite a few cosmetic issues inside, the food is where Sid’s Garage shines. If you’re looking for a tasty burger joint with killer fries and you’re not overly picky about atmosphere, it’s worth the stop.

I was only in town for the night on a quick work trip. I looked around and struggled to find something and decided to give Sid’s Garage a shot and boy I’m glad I did. This place did not disappoint. The service was great, and the food was amazing.

I started off with the Mule Kicks and had to order a second, while making my decision and enjoying the atmosphere.

There were several non-typical burgers that looked really good, but I decided to give the French Onion Dip Burger as shot but you know I had to add the candied bacon. This burger was awesome. I also ordered a side of Truffle Parmesan Fired and they may have been some of the best fries I have had.

It was a bit more than expected but I guess that could also be because the fries and two drinks.

For only having one night and one meal in town I feel I really lucked out and I will be back the next time I’m in town.

Hangover Burger, French Onion Dip Burger, Sweet Potato fries, Mile High Club milkshake

Food was PHENOMENAL! Burgers were well done, and the flavor combinations were really unique. The fries were fried in beef tallow, and the sauce that came with it was the perfect combination.
Finished off with the cookie butter biscoff milkshake, and wow! We would definitely get that one again.

Overall it was ~60$ with 20% tip. A little expensive, but honestly the food was so good we didn’t mind.

4 stars for atmosphere because we were outside and the store next door had folks who were smoking. Otherwise very fun place with great music choices.
