We stopped by Sidewinders on our last evening in Wilson, WY vacation. The restaurant has a military decor which was cool. The lady started with nachos which she liked. We also had a side of garlic parmesan dry rub wings and they were cooked great. I had a chicken caesar salad wrap and it was good. The college son had a Rueben sandwich and fries (ok I ate some fries too). He devoured the sandwich. They lady had french onion soup which she declared was the best she ever had (been around the world). That was surprising. The staff were friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Nice place. Would eat here again. DrB DIY @ youtube

So good! Stopped for lunch and got the Spinach and Artichoke dip which was out of this world good! I got the Cowboy Mac-n-cheese which probably spoiled any other Mac-n-cheese for me — simply amazing. The Penne pasta was cooked to perfection and the pulled pork was so juicy and delicious. My husband got the pot pie which came with a Caesar salad. It was delicious.
Service was great and the portions were large. You won’t leave hungry, but you may leave with lots of boxes to go! 🙂
As a bonus, they had plenty of TV’s so we could watch part of our NFL game. Nice place.

We enjoyed eating at Sidewinders. However, we were very disappointed with our server. She took our orders, and then we never saw her again for the rest of the night until it was time to pay. We finished drinking our beverages before our meal was brought out by a different person, and they were never refilled. I got the chicken fried steak, which was really good. However, the vegetables were extremely gross.

Decided to give this place a go with the entire family and I’ve never been so surprised at how poorly the food tasted. It was literally tasteless. Usually if some in the group don’t like their meal I just usually think it’s because it simply wasn’t for them. But not a single person in our group of 10 could even finished their meal. I’m also not picky whatsoever so it honestly surprised me. Really disappointed.
Seriously, none of the food was good at all. The pot pie was just runny water cream of mushroom soup, the burgers had NO seasoning on them and tasted like reheated frozen meat, and they had nothing on the buns. Like they were straight out of the bag, not toasted, or buttered, or like no sauce on them either. The French onion soup has for sure got to be the nastiest I’ve ever had. I always order French onion when I can because it’s so simple and flavorful and theirs tasted like then took a French onion soup flavor packet, mixed it with water, then through in whatever random onions they could get and then sent it out.
I could go on, but I’ll leave it at that. The staff was super friendly and they place/location were great as well. If the food was even somewhat flavorful or passable for me or anyone in my family we’d give it another go. But for now I’d recommend you look elsewhere

One word – YUM!! If you’re looking for a good pizza or burger place, look no further!!
The margherita pizza was perfection and the smash burger was 5 stars. The fries are also seasoned really well and nice and crisp.
Sidewinders has a very cool vibe. It’s founded by US Marines and the decor reflects this.
Super cool place that we are so glad we stumbled upon. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

The wife and I just came into town and was staying at a resort near this place. We were hungry for pizza so we thought we would give it a try. Upon going in we learned that the restaurant was founded by US Marines! It was nicely decorated with military memorabilia, small model jets and so one. The atmosphere was nice with a lot of televisions playing sports. Now the good part! The pizza was phenomenal. We ordered a thin crust with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and Canadian bacon. The sauce was delicious! Oh and try the pretzel with their Cheese queso. Nice and spicy, but worth it. The server was very nice. We would definitely come back to this establishment.

Wow! We left FULL! The appetizers and entrees were so good! Didn’t get pics of the appetizers, but the carne asada, fish and chips, and chicken pot pie were delicious. The hot chicken sandwich and buffalo chicken pizza were ok. Overall a great experience!!

We enjoyed a great meal. One of the best Philly sandwiches I’ve ever had. Wife had cob salad and it was excellent. Would highly recommend this place. First time we have eaten there. Upgraded to sweet potato fries with blue cheese dip!’

Stopped in here a couple of times for late night take out and a beer while I was visiting old friends, my favorite items on their menu are still as good as I remember them to be, spinach artichoke dip, spicy bbq wings and french onion soup. Friendly bartender. Is very handy having another Sidewinders on the westbank especially since I was staying at the Aspens, very close by and a good option for hearty American comfort/pub food and cold local brews. Was a bit nostalgic cos the indoor decor is similar to the one in town.
