Sweet Sinay’s Reviews
For those who have been coming to the casino for a long time, you may remember the extensive buffet that once existed. Amazing selection, great prices, quality chefs….the perfect way to entice you to come to the gaming tables.

It seems someone in casino management realised that casino goers would keep going regardless. So instead of the buffet, we now have the Sidewalk Cafe. The selection is limited, the portions are getting smaller and smaller, there is less and less produced in-house and prices are raised frequently. Apparently the ethos of “make money through gambling, give reasonably priced food to soften the blow” is dead and gone.

The staff is kind, hardworking and doing their best but, alas, it may be a losing battle. How long before they are replaced by a White Castle or some such entity?

Finally, unlike the old buffet that gave you some space and a bit of quietude, the Sidewalk Cafe dining area is lined up against slot machines, making hard to even have a conversation over the din. The dining space keeps getting smaller, as well, to welcome more gambling machinery.

Pro Tip
Save money, headaches and hassle and eat at the nearby McDonald’s, just off the casino grounds before casinoing or after the fact, if you still have anything left.

Here was the surprise, the sloppy joe platter comes with two sloppy joes! It also comes with fries and a little container of coleslaw. The sloppy joes had a good flavor.

Disappointing that they have cut their hours here. Maybe there wasn’t much business being generated but I think it’s a shame not to have something open a little earlier. Or at least toss some vending machines if you can’t staff it or it doesn’t generate revenue.

The two girls were back chatting not working as the tables were dirty and the trash was over flowing. Should use time better.

Mom and Pop type of restaurant in the middle of the casino. Good food for reasonable price.
