Well, we chose right. I mean we were just passing through and there are a dozen little casual restaurants in town. But if you want a delicious brisket sandwich and a nice beer, this is were you go. Great location and patio Servers are wonderful and prices are reasonable.

This was our first visit and the food was great. We had the Sideshow burger with crispy potato skin fries and the Green goddess grilled chicken wrap with mac-n-cheese and both were perfect.
We also got the warm cornbread basket with apple cinnamon whipped butter and man the cornbread was so light and probably the best I ever had.
Give this place a try!

Chill atmosphere, great menu options. I had the southern fried chicken sandwich. It was tasty, crunchy, sweet, juicy with a little bit of heat. I had their fries with it which are delicious!

Some friends got the: cheese burger, apple cider pulled pork, crab sandwich. Also got the jalapeño mango wings as an appetizer.

The food was ok and atmosphere was alright but I feel like it could have been better. The dog friendly environment is nice but the open rooms seem to attract too many flies once food is on the table. Service was mediocre. I would try it again possibly next visit just to give it one more chance but with so many little spots in the area maybe not so soon.

The service was great. Our waitress was sweet. The atmosphere was chill. I had the half a chicken with mac and cheese.. It was not so good. Chicken was way too dry and no flavor and the mac and cheese was literally pasta with what looked like premade cheese from a jar. I also ordered buttered pasta for my son off the kid’s menu and they served the pasta with a cube of butter not even melted. We also tried some BBQ eggroll, which was ok. Out of all the food I liked the corn bread. It was good and of course enjoyed the beers.

False advertisement!! The menu says $29 for bbq 2 choices. And we got charged $37 for each one !! . I didn’t even catch it until I left and was trying to split the bill w my friends afterward ♀️. Please update your menu if your prices change!! We would’ve never ordered bbq if it was $37 for one. Pretty upsetting!!
Food overall was good, I don’t recommend the burger- but the potato skin fries were amazing. Best part about the restaurant is that it’s dog friendly.
Update: The restaurant reached out, and the manager explained it was an honest mistake due to a recent system update. She refunded the charge to my credit card and offered a gift card to the restaurant for another day for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the gesture and will definitely be back -thank you!

Nice outdoor patio! Server was nice and attentive but unfortunately they were out of several items on Sunday night. What we did get… the cornbread, mushroom tacos, smoked wings, and salad was good. The cheeseburger egg rolls were a bit heavy. The mac n cheese left a lot to be desired…and my normally starving 14y son didn’t eat much of it.

Check out the newest place in NewPaltz! I can’t wait until it gets warm and the outdoor seating opens up. The dining area has two giant garage doors that can be opened to create an awesome indoor/outdoor space, complete with a giant fire pit. Very conveniently located adjacent to the largest municipal parking lot in town, I’m sure this place will be hopping. We went for lunch, and I tried one of the BBQ plates. You choose your meats, and I picked spare ribs and chopped brisket, both of which were delicious. I enjoyed trying the three different sauces available on every table.
The portions are quite generous, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Food: meh. Pasta – disappointing, dry, no sauce, just crubled cheese. Salad with watermelon – weird blue cheese taste. The only tasty food was side of fries.
Would not eat there even if it was 50% off.
