Came here to play some pool in the middle of the day 1pm. Amber was the bartender and very nice.

I placed a to-go order with Brittany and had a very positive experience overall. She was attentive, never made me feel rushed, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The food was prepared correctly and everything we received tasted great.
The only issue was that one of our bags was accidentally missed when we checked out, as a different bartender handled the
payment.
When I called back, Brittany answered promptly and immediately let me know she would process a refund. Mistakes happen, and I appreciated how quickly and professionally it was addressed. Fortunately, we still had plenty of food and everyone was satisfied, so it was not a major inconvenience.
I also want to add that I am a big wing enthusiast, and these were genuinely the best wings I have ever had. Major compliments to whoever was working in the kitchen — outstanding job.

I visited last night and was disappointed with the experience. While our waitress was friendly, she was not attentive. The food took an unusually long time to arrive, especially considering we only ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and a wrap. The appetizer did not come out until 20–30 minutes after we were seated, even though it was ordered as soon as we were greeted. The waitress only came by to deliver food and drinks, and we were unable to get her attention otherwise. At one point, we were ready to pay and leave, but by the time she returned, she brought the food, so we decided to stay. This delay felt excessive for a simple fried appetizer, particularly since the restaurant was not busy.
We also ordered two drinks—a margarita and a mixed cranberry juice—but both were extremely weak. I could not taste any alcohol, and the margarita had unusual red particles floating in it.
As for the food, the burger did not taste fresh, the fries were overcooked, and the wrap was just okay.
Overall, the service was very slow given how little we ordered and the lack of crowd. Additionally, my wrap was served without fries, and I was told they were not included, despite the menu stating otherwise. Although the fries were eventually added, they arrived later, which was frustrating.
I have visited The Sidelines locations in Woodstock, Holly Springs, and Canton and have always had great experiences, which made this visit especially surprising. Those locations are excellent, but this one fell far short. I’m not sure what was going on, but this visit was disappointing from start to finish.

Amber was the best waitress!!! Everytime my glass was empty, she would come by and ask if I was okay. It felt like we had a real bond. She went above and beyond! The music was outstanding! I don’t know who they have booking these fabulous bands, but I rather enjoyed myself. I think I found a new weekend spot to go to.

Kelsey went over the top behind the bar. Made sure me and my group had everything we needed all night. I’ve been here multiple times before but this experience cemented me and my group coming back much more often. Great service, great management as well. It’s hard to find this type of service anymore. Thanks again Kelsey! Tuesday nights are a guarantee for us now.

Sidelines is where it is at! They have drink specials and entertainment everyday of the week. The staff is super friendly and the customers are awesome. I’ve been a handful of times and always had a blast. Kj was killing it as always a good time at karaoke.Stop by, grab a beer and support your local bar!

my friends and i love a chill spot to eat and have fun at, and sidelines is just that! our first time, we had ana as our server and she is AMAZING. the manager on duty also let us play free pool, which was very nice of them
our second time was off to an iffy start, but the owner was present and made our time a lot better! he helped us as well as the server out and is very focused on making sure the customers have a great time. chris was very wonderful to speak to and albeit we’ve only been there twice, we’ll be back! nothing beats fun games, cheap drinks, and wonderful food with your friends
