The waitress was great. You can tell they need help because she is the only server and has 8 tables. She is spread thin. But still, she was happy and did the best she could. The food on the other had.. I ordered the Ruben, I have order many in the past at other places. Now, with that said, for $13, omg literally 3 slices of meat and nearly no kraut. I was shocked when they put it on the table. It looked like a child’s grilled cheese. I did complain and took it off my bill, but my goodness, the food portion is really bad. Not worth it at all. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service. Arrived at 4:50 on a Wednesday. It took our server Jamie 25 minutes before she took our order. 35 minutes from order to get food. Food quality was nothing like the other Sidelines. No paper towels in men’s restroom, which tells you the employees DO NOT wash their hands. Never go there again. Trashy place. Sad that it’s such an embarrassment for Perrysburg.

First time here, and it was a so so experience. My experience was better than my wife’s for sure.
I started out with a cup of French onion soup. Wasn’t the best, wasn’t the worst. As you can see from the picture, the cheese is just a cheese slice barely melted on top. Besides that, the soup was just ok.
For the main course, I ordered the mac & cheese with buffalo chicken and feta. I loved this dish. I would go back just to get this again. The multiple cheeses were great and blended together nicely for a creamy taste. The buffalo chicken had just the right heat and brought it all together. The only thing that could have made it better is if the feta was blended in instead of just pieces on the top.
My wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries. She said the chicken had a good taste and was really enjoying the sandwich until she got to a thicker part and the chicken was not cooked. Kinda lost her appetite after that. With that being said, it was taken off the bill, and she was given a free desert.
Our waitress was great and did an excellent job. After she found out about the chicken, she made everything right.
The place itself was really nice and had multiple tvs to watch games on. Seems like a good place to go to. For us, obviously, I just wish the chicken was done. We will give the place another shot down the road, and if you’re in the area, I would recommend the mac and cheese for sure!

We went back a second time, and this time wasn’t really any better. We had a table of 7 and 3 of the people from the table got their food and no exaggeration, the other 4 waited almost 35 minutes longer before their food came out. So people were completely done with their meals while others still hadn’t even received theirs. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said it was because of a call off. That doesn’t really make sense as to why half the order came out and the rest didn’t. When the food finally came out, it was barely warm. At that point, we just ate it because we had already been waiting so long.
So we gave it a try a second time, but there won’t be a third try. Which is a shame, because the food isn’t bad.

I came here for lunch recently and had an excellent experience. I was seated quickly. The food also came out fast and was very tasty. I got a New York Strip steak, which was cooked well. The sides were also flavorful. The service here is good. The restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere. There is a small arcade area here too. Overall, Sidelines is an excellent restaurant with good food and fast service!

The food is decent but the service isn’t great. You will wait to even be greeted at the door. Then to get your server to even come to your table to check on you is tough. We came in with 6 adults and 3 kids needing a highchair and the young lady tried to seat us at a booth… which isn’t going to work, but she’s young so probably didn’t think? Then we waited for a table which was fine and expected, but as we were trying to ask for drinks while eating our server walked away while we were mid-asking for other things. Then rarely came in to check on us during our meal. Which is a common thing there, on several occasions the service isn’t to par.

Food was amazing. Try the mushroom app. Service was very slow for it being very slow. Only 3 tables with 2 staff. Almost 15 minutes before server asked about drinks. Then after we ordered staff messed up order and had to wait over another 15 minutes for food. Server didn’t use my number for vip points.

First time here and when we arrived around 9pm on 7-28-24 it was the perfect time. Little to know people there really made my lady and I feel like we had the place to ourselves. The dollar arcade games had us feeling like a kid again. But the food/drinks OH MY LORD. The best tasing and priced food/drinks we have had in a long time!! Phil is one of the main reasons we kept smiling and enjoyed our stay as well. Even though he was our waiter he felt like a friend as well. He was so full of energy, warm hearted and accommodating! This place is awesome and we can’t wait to go back!!!!

Absolutely disgusting food. I had the cheesesteak. Couldn’t even pick it up there was so much cheese. Soggy. Barely any meat. The fries were cold. Service was horrible. Won’t be back. Do better!

Here we go again my very first time to Sidelines. I came here because my friend said ribs were really good. He was not lying. The ribs were very tender and tasted great. The MOJO dip was ok, a little spicy but not bad. The chicken sandwich was crispy and hot. The chili for me was just ok. From the outside, you would never know, but this is a pretty big place. Will definitely be coming back at some time. My only grip, it seemed a little pricey, but that’s everywhere you go.

Terrible food. Chicken tasted like chunks of salt, cheese steak was a soggy disgusting mess and for some reason when you order hummus it comes with This fired pita bread instead just normal pita which just taste like old fryer oil. Something like a simple hummus shouldn’t be covered in oil.
