My mom and I had lunch Sunday 3/1 before I headed back home to IL. We enjoyed it greatly. We shared fried mushrooms. I got the Riley with greens and baked potatoe. She got the open faced beef sandwich with orka. It was all very good. Our waitresses were pleasant and attentive. Thr only reason I gave a 4 for atmosphere is because the lighting was a little too dim for me. My mom looked like a silhouette with he back to the windows side. Other than that it was great and definitely on the restaurant list when I come back to visit family!

Service was outstanding. Atmosphere was nice – busy and full of energy, but not packed. Food order was incorrect a few times in a row, but was okay when it was correct.
Small town vibe – loaded with energy. Connected to a bar with some live music. If you find yourself in the area for the night, could be a fun place to spend some of it.

Definately recommend. Fabulous hospitality and service. Best fried mushrooms, fresh and hand breaded! Chicken fried steak with fried okra and turnip greens (serves extra vinegar on side) all very tasty and spot on. Fried pork chops (boneless and hand breaded) could have been cooked another minute or two. Baked beans wonderful. Atmosphere was smal town feel but needs more light in the evenings. Thanks for the great service and food. Shall return!

TERRIBLE
Just ordered food to go. Chicken Alfredo, Cajun chicken Alfredo, chips and salsa. See the pictures attached…its like my 11 year old grandchild made it. Its burnt, its old…Wait time to get the food…bad. My husband just called to complain and the staff refused to get the manager or anyone to talk to him. RIDICULOUS!!!! Buyers beware …

Our out of town party of 3 were made aware of this place by a local desk clerk at the Hampton Inn. After we were seated, we were never further acknowledged and people that walked in after us were served their drinks and their orders were taken. I finally approached the young lady who had seated us and asked what was going on. Our server eventually made her way to us and we told her we felt we were ignored and got up and left. I think it was obvious that people that were served ahead of us were locals

Running around doing real estate and stopped in at Sidelines Grill for a delicious lunch. The special was Creamy chicken and sausage gumbo. I had a meat and three, chicken fried chicken, white beans, collards greens and tater tots. Robert had the gumbo, BBQ, green beans and macaroni n cheese. Delicious food.

The only thing bad about this restaurant is many of us don’t go when it’s cold. There is no place they will seat you that you don’t get a cold draft, from the doors, including the double side door that has about a 1 inch gap. They do have a room that sits back from the doors but won’t seat any one in there.

I rode 45 minutes to try somthing new. I sat at the bar where there were only two customers and two bartenders. I sat there for over 10 minutes. I was never acnolaged, not even eyecontact . I stood up, put on my jacket and hesitated for a sec. and still nothing. They watched me slowly walk out the door and leave. I will never go back.
