Sichuan Hot Pot & Asian Cuisine
Located at Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN, this spot is a wonderful gathering place for the spicy, numbing, fresh and savory flavors of hot pot, as well as authentic Asian delicacies and genuine Chinese tastes.
Its signature Sichuan Hot Pot is the absolute highlight — the bright red, rich spicy broth delivers a satisfying kick of numbness and spiciness, with every sip brimming with the aroma of beef tallow and spices. For those who prefer milder flavors, options like fresh clear bone broth are available to suit different palates. The hot pot ingredients are supplied fresh: whether it’s crisp and tender tripe, chewy shrimp paste, or various fresh vegetables, they all soak up the broth’s goodness after boiling,
Spacious, casual eatery specializing in Chinese hot pot dining with various broth bases & sauces.

A nice restaurant with interesting decor of live koi fish and Chinese clay warrior and his horse. They have it all, dim sum, hot pot, and traditional Chinese menu. The dim sum and regular menu were tasty, the service was good, and the price were reasonable. I wish I live close by, I’ll be a regular customer!

Lots of veg options, though I wish the sauce bar was labeled with allergens (dairy, nuts, fish, etc.). There are two veg broths for hot pot (tomato and green curry) and the curry was the clear winner (the tomato was oddly sweet, almost like it was made with ketchup). Tons of fixings to add to the pot— the tofu skin, radishes, and shiitake were my faves to throw in, along with a fermented tofu sauce and garlic.
Ended up spending $80 for two people, but we did get tons of food and had leftovers. Will come back with a crew next time, cause who doesn’t love hot pot?

We dropped by this Asian eatery a little after the lunch rush, so the place wasn’t too crowded but still had a few diners around. Since we weren’t in the mood for hot pot, we went straight to the à la carte menu.
We started with the Sichuan-style cucumber salad. It was simple—just roughly chopped cucumber in a soy-based dressing—but refreshing on a warm day. Next, we tried the chicken wings, which turned out to be a disappointment. They lacked flavor, and despite what seemed like a happy-hour deal, they weren’t even close to decent. Definitely a miss.
For mains, we ordered cumin beef and my all-time favorite, Sichuan-style spicy fried chicken. The chicken came in bite-sized popcorn pieces, deep fried and tossed with garlic, cilantro, dried red chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns. It was bold, spicy, and had that classic numbing kick—irresistible and hard to stop eating. The cumin beef was also flavorful and satisfying, served with rice that we shared.
We had hoped to try a lobster dish, but unfortunately, they were out that day.
Overall, I’d say the place is decent—not the best Chinese food I’ve had, but far from bad. Some dishes (like the fried chicken and beef) stood out, while others (like the wings) fell flat.

I liked the atmosphere, but the service was pretty paltry. We ordered the hot pot with tomato and the bone broth soup, combo fried rice, garlic beef, and Szechwan beef The soup came instantly but they took an hour to deliver the fried rice and two beef recipes. Felt like we got forgotten about. Wouldn’t go back

Feels like I traveled outside of Nashville and was transported to a meal out this world! Wow the food was amazing. Not cheap but I understand why. Clean, quiet, and served quick.
Amazing photo ops and perfect for a date night, group meal, or special outing.

I’ve been to this place several times. Fresh food. Hot Pot tables are always so clean. They have a great selection of international beer. I also really like the sauce bar to complement the hot pot. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is kind and attentive. I’ve tried a few hot pot places and this is my favorite in the Nashville area.

My husband and I love going here for the hot pot. Fresh ingredients and well worth the money. We enjoy ourselves every time. The food speaks for itself, staff is attentive (not over the top), and the decor is beyond what you’d find in many other establishments. They change their menu for the seasons. They also have plenty of pictures in their menu to help you decide (much appreciated). Their steamed buns are as close to the real thing as I can imagine. Light and fluffy, not sweet like many other places. Come and enjoy like we do. You won’t regret it!
