House Pan-fried Noodles. Meat, seafood, and vegetables stir fried together in a brown sauce, served on a noodle pancake. Oh, yummy!

Been here to Sichuan Bistro over the years few times. Always I liked the food. If you are craving for some good spicy option this is the place. I usually order “Spicy sizzling Tofu” which you may not find in the menu with other sizzlers. Tofu being crispy outside, soft inside, with right amount of spice served sizzling hot.
They could improve their service, felt that the server was little rude. Could be courteous. Leaving that apart, a good place to have good food.

Not a Good Choice for Sichuan Food This place really missed the mark. I ordered the Mala Chicken expecting bold, spicy Sichuan flavors, but it was extremely underwhelming. The chicken was plain and lacked depth-no real spice or complexity. The only noticeable flavors were an overpowering amount of MSG and some chili flakes thrown on top. Definitely not what you’d expect from a proper Sichuan dish. The only decent part of the meal was the beef tendon, which was okay.

Absolutely delicious! Best Chinese food that I’ve ever had. The portions are generous and it isn’t salty like any of the other places I’ve been to.

The staff are really friendly (especially Julie).

I usually enjoy the food here, especially the Mapo Tofu, which has always been my go-to dish and one of my favorites at this restaurant. However, over my last few visits, I’ve started to notice some inconsistency in the taste.

This time was particularly disappointing when I ordered the Dongpo Pork ($22.99). I’ve had this dish here several times before and enjoyed it, but this time the pork was extremely tough—so hard that it was difficult to chew. Dongpo Pork is supposed to be very tender and melt-in-your-mouth, but unfortunately, this was not the case at all. I wasn’t able to finish it and had to throw it away.

Normally, I would rate this restaurant 4.5 out of 5 based on my past experiences, but due to the inconsistency and the poor quality of the Dongpo Pork on this visit, I have to give it a 1 out of 5 this time.

Wifey and I recently swung by this Food joint for a bite, Our waitress was like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day—courteous, friendly, and just a joy to interact with. Red Chilli Chicken was like a spicy ninja kick to my taste buds and left me wanting more. But oh boy, the fried rice was auditioning for a soy sauce commercial!
And let’s not forget about the Egg Yong—that thing had more oil than a deep-sea expedition! But hey, it still managed to taste decent, so props for that.
As for the ambience, it was like a cozy hideaway, quiet enough to have a chat without shouting across the table. All in all, a mixed bag of flavors but with a side of friendly service and a sprinkle of charm, making it a fun dining experience nonetheless!

Some of the best, most authentic Chinese food in the area! It’s just in a strip mall and nothing special about the atmosphere but the food is excellent if you want it authentic. The first two pages of the menu are the “American Chinese” dishes, labeled as such. But then the rest of the menu is authentic Sichuan. There are a fair selection of vegetarian options. Every one I have tried has been delicious. There are also a lot of spicy dishes since it is Sichuan cuisine. My wife has declared that the “spicy boiled fish fillets” are the best thing she has ever eaten! Once she discovered it that is all she gets here. It is a large portion ($17) that is easily two, if not three meals. She sometimes gets it for carry out. They serve alcohol but mostly beer, wine, and sake. However, they can also make simple mixed drinks. There have been several occasions when the restaurant has been busy and we were the only non-Asian people in the restaurant

Casual sport with super great authentic Sichuan food. The Sichuan bamboo shoots were a delicious fresh find and the red dry chili chicken and cumin lamb were great as always. Be sure to order from the Chinese food menu to try some spicy authentic Sichuan food instead of from the American Chinese menu items.

One of the best chinese restaurant that I’ve been to outside of chinatown. The double cooked pork belly is really good, same with their chicken lo mein and fried rice. I’ll try more of their dishes from the chinese menu in the future.

Sichuan Bistro is very affordable place with delicious food and good portion sizes. There are plenty of options to choose from. Wait time is not bad for a togo or dine in. Red dry chili tofu is my all time favorite, high encouraged to must try if you can tolerate the heat!!

I’ve been looking for decent Chinese restaurants in the area and this place was pretty good. Authentic, yes. The Chow Fan was very good. I’ll need to explore more.
