First time in detroit this place was cool, the little blonde waitress/host was AMAZING she looked young but had amazing customer service skills, beautiful smile and attitude, quick responses, knew the menu, checked on us multiple times, and much more!! The food was okay especially for the price, plus they had everything available all day which was cool. My dude was amazed by the flaming cheese they light on fire in front of you so we gad to get that lol men are simple creatures haha! The only downside was listening to this 30+ year old balding cook berate the waitress the whole time, i used to live in michigan so i understand we got some grumpy people but damn….i was hoping that it was an inside joke between them but it was just nonstop. She smiled through all of it and i wish i would’ve said something looking back. im sorry i didn’t.i get if you are correcting her for something but say something once not dig into her the entire time! He genuinely was the worst and should learn about inside thoughts, not everyone wants to hear your rude mouth dude!

I stopped by around dinner time to try this new place in the neighborhood called Sibley coney island, i tried the coney dog special and it was very good, unfortunately, i don’t think I’ll be back because the service was horrible, the place wasn’t crowded and I had to wait more than 25 minutes before my order was done, and the worst part was, after it was done , the chef put my hot food on the shelf for the waitress to pick it up and it’s sat there more than five minutes, so I had to get up because I was hungry and wanted the food while it was hot, to ask them to give me my order because I wanted to eat it while it was hot and ready, at that point, that’s when the waitress decided to serve me, also I did not order heavy chili on my Coney Dogs, so that same waitress got my order wrong, and she did not even bother to check on me to see if I need anything while I was having my dinner, the only time she dropped by my table was to coldly drop off my bill without even saying a word to me, i definitely felt discriminated against, and when i paid for my order to the other waitress working there, i let her know how horrible the service was from her fellow waitress that waited on me, she totally ignored me and she didn’t really care either, so I definitely will not be back, and I hope no future customers that may come there don’t get treated the way I was when I dined there.
For now on, i will stick to the coney islands that I know, that have great service as well as good food, because it’s definitely not Sibley coney island

Brand new restaurant right at 75 and Sibley Rd.

Small footprint, bright, and clean. Experienced owners who we learned have two other restaurants for decades.

So far, breakfast has been good the two times we’ve been here. It’s only been open for a short time, so they are still working out the kinks. It literally just opened.

Overall, with the prices, location, hours, and friendliness of staff, this will probably be a routine breakfast stop for me.

I do recommend the coffee, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, and the bacon is cooked firm.

Ordered country omelette, inside was burnt onion and burnt sausage links. Portions size was fine but taste from the burnt filling made it a horrible breakfast. 1st time I came and ordered coneys, buns were not steamed or covered in chili, so the first couple of bites was hard bun. Never go back. I would not recommend this place.

Food was not good. Ordered Greek Salad/grilled chicken added with Greek Dressing. Carry out. First of all, I got Thousand Island instead of Greek Dressing, that already ruined my salad without the fact that the chicken, feta cheese, tomato and beets were very dry. My wife and I couldn’t even finish it. I forgot to take a picture of the gyro sandwich because it was so small that I finished it in 4 bites. I did take a picture of the wrapping so you could see how small, lol. Nice people and great location but the food isn’t good. Sorry.

Just average at best as far as coney islands go. Bacon was old and reheated, and home fries are just plain squares, no seasoning, just oil fried. Ok, if you’re just looking for a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

I had the pancakes which were fluffy and really good with sausage links. My friend is a regular and always get their special. He really likes the special.

Ordered a kids breakfast and they gave me 1 egg and 2 sausage links. Pancakes look like paper. Spent $40 for literally a pound of food. This is the kids breakfast and mind you I had to add the hash browns out of my own order of hash browns.
