This is the best thai food in the area for sure! The staff is SO kind, I cannot stress how sweet and amazing they are. I truly enjoy going to pick up my food there because of how nice they are. Not to mention how yummy the food is! I always love my pad thai and spring rolls. Please check them out!

Found this little takeout-only Thai spot and ended up really enjoying it. I had the Massaman chicken curry, ordered Thai spicy at the highest level, and it was full of flavor. There were slices of avocado in the curry, which was new for me and an interesting touch. I would’ve liked the curry a bit thicker, but overall it was really good.
It came with a regular spring roll. I thought it would be average, but it was surprisingly tasty, crispy and fresh.
I also tried the chicken satay. It was decent, though it had cooled down by the time I got to it, which probably affected the flavor. The peanut sauce it came with was really nice and brought everything together.
The place is takeout only, and I paid $22 for both dishes, which felt very affordable. The owner Matthew was super kind and even threw in some finance advice. Thanks Matthew. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

We’ve been eating here consistently for 7–8 years, and Siamese Basil Thai is hands down the best Thai food in Georgia. Period.
This is a true mom-and-pop spot, and it shows in the food. Everything is cooked from scratch—not pre-packaged sauces like so many other Thai places. The flavors are clean, authentic, and incredibly consistent.
Their son Matthew runs operations and is always friendly and accommodating. Orders are ready quickly, spice levels are made exactly how you want them, and the quality never slips.
The food is easily on par with Atlanta’s five-star mid- to high-end Thai restaurants, but at a fraction of the price. The only downside is that theirs is no seated dining right now, which we miss (take out only currently), but it’s still our go-to Thai spot every time.

Wonderful whole in the wall. We have been eating here since the 90s. One of the very best Thai restaurants in the state of Georgia. The Massaman curry and the 3 flavor chicken is unbelievable. Take out and only since 2020 but we don’t mind.

I ordered takeout from this Thai spot for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. The fried rice was perfectly seasoned and still piping hot and fluffy by the time I got home.
Matthew helped me with my order, and he was awesome, friendly, organized, and made sure everything was packed up perfectly (nothing spilled, sauces neatly labeled, utensils included). He even double-checked that my order was right before handing it over, which I really appreciated.
The whole experience was smooth, fast, and delicious from start to finish. It’s rare to find takeout that tastes this fresh and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I’ve had better pad thai, but it’s pretty good here! No chunky egg pieces, plenty of bean sprouts and lime. Their coconut soup/thom kha is OK, they use regular mushrooms and not straw mushrooms… mild spice is genuinely NO spice whatsoever, a baby could eat it. Their spring rolls were the best I’d have eaten in a long time. A tad overpriced for what you receive and how it tastes.

This is the best Thai food that I’ve had in Atlanta! The service is absolutely fantastic and welcoming. This is a family owned business that has been around for almost 30 years, we absolutely loved our lunch!
