Great service, stunning presentation, delicious food. Very calm atmosphere even at dinner time when most of the tables are full. I had the soft shell crab with the Thai sweet chili sauce. This was my first experience with soft shell crab and despite my noviceness it was delightful. I was there to treat my mother in law to a belated birthday dinner and my brother in law and my 5 year old daughter where also there to eat. With a 20% tip I spent $109.14. Which was quite a bit more than I was hoping to spend. However the service and food where well worth the price. We will definitely be back again!

It’s hard to impress me, but this restaurant did it today! I wanted to try their tom yum soup, it was just love at first spoon! Very tasty! The chicken wings were crispy and very tasty! The girl who served us was very nice and polite, I’m not even mentioning her beauty! The restaurant is clean and in general we really liked everything, we will definitely come back! I think this is now my favorite restaurant!

We just had a such a nice late lunch at Siam Thai. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and a toddler. We ordered drunken noodles, summer rolls, calamari, basil beef and red curry. All were amazing! If you like heat, you’re in luck. The drunken and the basil were both very spicy! The nicest part of our lunch was the lovely woman that helped us. Possibly the owner.. She was very friendly, our four-year-old little man adored her. Can’t wait to visit again.

I was in Billings getting a tire fixed. After, I stopped in here for lunch. I had the red curry with chicken. I also ordered a Pad Thai to go. The food was excellent, as was the service.

Fat Boy Eats with another review: 4.6/5
There is not likely anything I could write that hasn’t been said by the other 536 reviews that have resulted in a 4.5 star rating for the first Thai restaurant in the area. Since 2001, Nit has been serving up delicious genuine Thai cuisine in Billings.
Fat Boy Eats decided to try this staple of the West End and was decidedly not disappointed.
The atmosphere is absolutely inviting. With beautiful decor contrasting vivid color with simplicity, the restaurant felt like being in a warm home while maintaining the elegance of dining.
The service was very good. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, making sure that the order was completely accurately while providing an excellent speed of service. The waiter never hovered and didn’t interrupt the meal. The waiter didn’t come to the table often, but it hardly seemed necessary because everything was provided for so well that nothing really needed to be asked for.
The food… Fat Boy Eats’ favorite section to review:
The food was absolutely divine. Fat Boy Eats had the Massaman Curry. The waiter also provided Thai chili which made the dish. Companions were able to provide samples of the cashew chicken and Pad Thai which were also both absolutely perfect.
All in all.. it was a wonderful experience which we anticipate will become one of the favorite places in Billings to eat.
Overall Google score: 4 Stars
Fat Boy Eats score: 4.6 Fat Boys

I see so many videos of people praising Thai food while in Thailand so I do not understand why so many restaurants in the USA change the dish so much. So far I have had drunken noodles, pad khraphao, panang, pineapple fried rice, Thai tea and spring rolls. The only dishes that are close to the same as I get in Thailand is the Thai tea(cha yen) and the drunken noodles. My daughter is a native of Thailand and she agrees. Never heard of bell peppers or broccoli in the phad khraphao, the panang was too watery and had a different flavor. The only dish that was spicy at all was the drunken noodles. I just have to finish with too bad we can’t get Thai food that tastes the same as we get in Thailand.

It was now my second time visiting the siam thai restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very delicious made and typical Thai. The menu offers a lot of different dishes. I have ordered soups as well as the famous phad thai and they were very tasty, I will visit Siam soon again

I ordered the Panang Curry and Siam Thai Angel to go. While the food quality was good the portions were small for the price in my opinion. The portion of white rice was comically small, I never see such tiny boxes for white rice. The panang was only half way filled and had no ingredients other than chicken. The Siam Angel was good but its not at all what I thought it was gonna be based on the description on the menu. Furthermore, the menu online was outdated and the prices were different from what I expected based on the online menu. Overall I don’t expect I will be comming back. For the prices you charge you shouldn’t be so stingy with your food. Also update the prices on your online menu.

We are from out of town and placed a to go on a Saturday night. We have not been here for years…We ordered 2 drunken noodles, 1 red curry and 1 chicken Basil (hot)
1. They do not serve brown rice.
2. The red curry chicken was so small, it should have been a serving size for a child.
3. The drunken noodles are not brown, no basil, and look like they are in a chicken broth sauce.
One positive about the drunken noodles is they had a good portion size.
4. The chicken basil (hot) wasn’t that hot. It had the most salty base ever, I could not taste the basil. Serving size was okay.
5. The 2 white rice we received were not even full they were about 70% full.
We have been to Thailand and eat Thai food regularly. This was not Thai food. Very salty (not from soy sauce or fish sauce) salty as in a chicken broth.
It was more like Chinese food.
We would not come back here.
Way overpriced and they do not give proper portions.
