Siam Thai is now open. My first visit since the reopening. I was wanting some sushi but alas it’s not available anymore. I settled for the Pho and a side of savory sticky rice with fish sauce for dipping. The pho was okay 3 out of 5. The sticky rice was pretty good and the fish sauce was really tasty and mild. All in all I give it a 4 out of 5. The service was very good but they’re only taking cash right now and I couldn’t find any time they are going to be able to take cards. Good to know before you go. Stop in and give them a try. Next time I’ll try the stir fry.

The food was great, healthy and fresh food. Service was very friendly. Our order came out promptly. The waitress asked if we needed refills on our water, which is something that almost never seems to happen anymore, so they get extra points for that. Prices weren’t crazy. I was impressed with the quality of the food, happy guts ftw. I can’t wait to go back to Lander next month, will come back to the Thai restaurant again and will recommend it to my coworkers as well. They had vegetarian options which was great and rare in Wyoming for those in our group that needed it ❤️
