Best Thai Restaurant in Brighton!
My go-to Thai spot, I eat here all the time and it always tastes like I’m back in Thailand. Authentic, comforting, and seriously delicious!
Love all their spicy salads fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. Honestly, every starter I’ve tried has been amazing.

One of the most satisfying Thai meals I’ve had in Brighton. The flavours are bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced — nothing watered down, nothing overdone. You can really taste the care in every dish, from the quality of the ingredients to the confident seasoning. The atmosphere is warm, the service genuinely friendly, and the food has that comforting, home-style feel that keeps you thinking about it long after you’ve left. Proper Thai food done right — I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Had a really nice meal at siam siam. Very tasty full of flavours, the som tum i felt had to much fish sauce. Nice and quite so you can chat. Service was great very friendly.

So great!! They’ve just opened for lunch at now serving great noodle soups. We had a soup that tasted like a Thai twist on a Pho. And they have so many plant based/vegan options. Summer rolls, Pad Thai, a green curry all tasting great too! And the service was so friendly, can’t wait to try the other noodle soups!

We recently dined at Siam Siam Thai Restaurant Brighton and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely — it made for a great evening. Not a complaint, but just a small note: the jasmine rice was a bit on the dry side. Other than that, everything was excellent and we’d definitely return!

Unfortunately my experience with Siam Siam wasn’t great. It was a busy Saturday night and despite having booked, there was no table available when we arrived, so we had to wait about quarter of an hour after our booking time. Then after ordering we waited an hour and a half for the food to arrive, which quite frankly, is unacceptable. It’s not cheap and most the dishes were average, with one (the steamed fish) tasting off. When I pointed this out to the server, she simply said ‘sorry you didn’t enjoy it’ There are so many good Thai restaurants in Brighton, I wouldn’t waste my time, going back and trying them again. But I guess it’s placed on a real tourist street, so they can survive on non-repeat business.

Authentic Thai food, cocktails are very very good, beautiful to look at and taste amazing, and fantastic pricing.
Seabass and tom yum soup were my favourite, fresh and full of flavour.
Was a very busy lunch today with 20 Korean film crews ahead of us, but the manageress was apologetic, and it wasn’t that long of a wait to be honest at the end.
Overall, a great dining experience with great food, excellent drinks and above standard service, highly recommended.

Ordered Pad Thai noodles and red curry with pork + rice.
The Pad Thai had a typical Thai flavor, but after eating more than half, it felt quite greasy.
The red curry was impressive, full of spices, but the portion of pork was a bit too small.
If the rice was included without an extra charge, it would have been a nicer touch.
Service was just average.
I also ordered a lemonade — it was clearly listed as £1.90,
but I ended up being charged over £3.
Since I had been out all day, I didn’t bother arguing and just wanted to get back to the hotel to rest, so I let it go.
On top of that, they added a service charge —
I honestly don’t know what kind of service I was paying for.
There won’t be a next time.
