Gorgeous, artistic interior and fresh, delicious food.
I ordered takeout this time, but I’m planning on coming back soon to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Huge windows let in lots of natural light, and the decor is lovely.

Food is great, but it feels like a ghost town inside. Good thing I like my own company and spooky things. Expect to have a generous serving of rice to accompany the dish of your choosing. I learned recently that I quite like dishes made with cashews in various Asian cuisines, and the Pad Him Ma Parm did not miss the mark.

We ordered late. 113pm as I write this. So may be evening versus daytime issue. But… the food was undercooked. Not as requested. And just kind of a disappointment. Crab Rangoon wasn’t horrible. Hoping it’s an anomaly but just sharing for anyone else thinking of ordering

We were greeted by a nice and attentive guy as soon as we went inside. We decided to order Crab Cheese Wonton and Thai Curry Dumplings. We loved it. My husband wanted to try the Tom Khai Soup and we shared Yellow Curry and Beef Stir Fried with Garlic. Food was amazing, very good portions if you want to share. Great service.

Where do I start?!?!!? I love Thai food and Siam Orchid is where I go to for over 20 years. I know how hard to maintain quality but I have to give 5 stars for them! Amazing job guys! Thank you for all theses years you have been nothing but serve us well.

I don’t know what those people who only gave 1 star were thinking. This place is great! Sorry no photos of the food—we gobbled it up. The Tom Kai soup was delicious & flavorful as were the drunken noodles. We are here on Valentines Day & the place is decked out with balloons. Warm ambiance, great service & food. I’m a water snob and appreciate that the water tastes like spring water NOT tap water. The price is comparable to other Thai places we’ve eaten. We would come again.

We recently moved to the area and we love Thai food —this place was good we ordered around 2-3pm for take out. Took about 20 minutes and the food was easy to pick up. We did mild drunken noodles with chicken and pineapple chicken fried rice. The rice was good traditional flavors exactly what you’d expect. Same thing with the noodles. Well wrapped and the food wasn’t greasy. Really enjoyed it for a lazy Sunday. We look forward to trying their curry options and pad Thai.

Delicious Thai food. We ordered the green curry, drunken noodles, spicy tofu, pad thai, and fresh rolls and crab wontons for appetizers. The green curry had a nice amount of spice and all the other dishes were very flavorful. Definitely our favorite Thai restaurant in SLC

This place is great. Liked their short ribs, drunk noodles, and basil seafood, and I will be back again.
Visited again today- their specialty short ribs don’t disappoint, highly recommended.

I don’t know how this establishment can brand themselves as a Thai food restaurant. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao, which, if you don’t know, the “Pad” means rice noodles. Turns out this “Pad” Kee Mao has no rice noodles and instead has jasmine rice? It’s also incredibly misleading that the Pad Kee Mao is listed under the “Rice and Noodles” section of the menu with no mention of the fact that it has rice instead of noodles.

In my opinion this is akin to serving someone pork loin when they order a steak — especially since Pad Kee Mao is such a standard at thai restaurants.

PKM aside — the quality of ingredients was not high (vegetables clearly from a frozen vegetable pack) and the takeout containers aren’t suitable for the type of food contained (ours leaked everywhere because they use a foam clasped box to try to contain a pretty saucy dish, instead of something more tightly sealed). I hope the people who rate this place as five stars try actual thai food some day!

I think the only selling point of this restaurant is that it’s open late for takeout.
