Delicious Thai place that is a hidden gem! The thing to call out is the service. The restaurant was empty when we went, and the hosts were smiley and happy! They were efficient with taking our order and you could hear them immediately start cooking. Food came out super fast as well! They also packed the leftovers so efficiently, it was comical how little space it took for all those leftovers. My only issue with the place was that it was freezing in the building (Dec 2025)
Food was yummy – I got a soft pumpkin curry which was delicious and had a lot of tofu chunks. My friend got the duck curry which he liked, and my boyfriend got a tofu drunken noodle. Overall, food was delicious! Portions were good but not MASSIVE and the medium spice level was a solid for me without being too spicy!
I would come back here again, and I really want this place to get more foot traffic, they deserve it!

The place is a bit small, but the food is absolutely amazing. Everything is very sweet and savory and you’ll certainly find something that you’ll like. The staff is so kind and even accommodated our 30+ people party! Definitely reward them with a visit.

This is what Pad Thai looks like with NO sauce on it! During my phone conversation to complain, the female restaurant worker disagreed and argued about consistency, which is just BAD business! My coworker tasted the dish and agreed that it was terrible! “Krung Thai” makes the best pad thai, while this place can barely get the ingredients or consistency correct. How hard can this be?!!!!

Long overdue review. One of my favorite Thai places in California. So good that I drive more than an hour to eat there. The owners are super friendly, and the food is amazing. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Thai food. Five stars ⭐️

I was staying at the creekside inn which is about a 10 min walk to Siam. My family and I decided to do takeout vs go out to eat. We stumbled upon this place and it was amazing. Big portions, great flavor and a reasonable price (which is hard in Palo Alto). Definitely will be back.
Highly recommend the Siam & summer rolls. Also was a big fan of the Gang Jued soup for anyone who needs something lighter but is still packed full of protein and flavor.

My brother was craving Thai. We ordered chicken pad Thai, pork BBQ and beef massaman curry along with steam rice and brown rice. The food was tasty, a little on the sweet side but it was a nice simple meal. We were asked for spice level but requested all spices be the side so we added our own heat tolerance per entree. Service was nice, food serving size was generous.

The place was great. Service was good and the food was great. We also had a few appetizers. The spice level was good, not too spicy. We had a party of 12, and our food was brought out quickly. We will difenity visit again.

Siam is a wonderful, family run restaurant on El Camino Real in Palo Alto. It became one of our favorite family restaurants during the pandemic shutdown and we still order from there at least once a month (more likely every 2 weeks). My wife and one son are vegan, and there is plenty for them to choose from. She very much likes the Rama made with tofu and extra spicy. The Tom Khar soups (coconut milk) come with chicken or with vegetables and tofu. Curries are extra good. I always end up with a yellow curry (with chicken or seafood or calamari) and red curry with beef.
Moreover the couple that runs it are very friendly and accommodating. Two thumbs way up on this one.

Before we could even step inside, they greeted us with joy. I think it’s a family owned business. We immediately got sat down with nobody else except the waiters and chef (especially during lunch and dinner rush) A decent sized menu with foods like delicious curry, tea, And soft shell crab! Anything you wouldn’t expect to find in a normal Chinese restaurant. I though had accidentally dropped my fork while trying to go to the bathroom and they immediately rushed over and gave me a new one. Bathrooms are clean like any normal restroom. Soap, toilet is clean, and hand dryer. Other than that the food was really good and I walked out like a stuffed turkey. 999/10 Would go again.
