Absolutely fantastic experience all around! Prompt, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere were the cherry on top of what was a truly delicious meal. We started with the Crab Cream Cheese Spring Rolls, Gyoza, and Tom Kha Soup, which was the perfect way to open up our appetites. I could have eaten all the spring rolls myself if given the chance (and there were three of us). For my entrée, I ordered the Panang Curry with filet tenderloin, and for my first time having steak with curry, I was completely blown away. The flavors were incredible, and the steak was cooked exactly as requested. All in all, an awesome experience. I can’t wait to go back!

We’ve enjoyed several meals at Siam Bistro, the latest being at their new Bannerman location. First off, the new restaurant is lovely. While being smaller than the previous spot, indoor and outdoor seating areas are nicely decorated and make for an intimate dining experience. The servers have always been friendly and helpful when it comes to asking for descriptions and suggestions. We enjoy the Happy Hour specials (can sample many dishes at a good price), tuna poke, sushi and fried rice. Good flavors and nicely presented. We’ll be back and we would recommend to others.

We stopped in for an early dinner and found this spot very inviting! The staff were kind and open to talk about different dishes.
I landed on the Hot entree – which included fresh veggies, eggplant, and seafood! Their Thai sauce had me staring at my spoon before every bite!
The shrimp and scallops were FRESH – with the added bonus of calamari. All cooked properly. Look forward to my next visit to try another dish!

Siam Bistro exceeds all expectations – every time we dine!! Tonight we had Summer Rolls, Tom Yum Soup, Drunken Noodles, and King Kong Roll – YUM, YUM!!!! Justin at the bar provides splendid service, and owners roll spectacular sushi while overseeing the operation. Their recent move to the Bannerman Publix plaza seems to be paying off big time, they are always packed! We LOVE this place!!!

The Sashimi deluxe was the best one in the Tallahassee area I have tried. Great flavor, variety and prepared with love. The Soft Shell crab starter was fantastic. The Massaman Curry very good. The Tom Yum authentic, so eat it as a side with rice not as a starter :). One of my new favorite places in the area.

Its an attempt at good food..that’s as far as it goes. Spicy tuna was spoiled, or tasted like it..the sashimi was also questionable…first try and probably, definitely won’t try again. Other places in Tallahassee to get sushi at a better price and not in a strip mall
