Best new sushi spot in Southern Illinois! We ordered 5 different sushi rolls, egg rolls, shrimp & pork spring rolls, and a few hot sakis. Wonderful service, delicious food, and unique presentation. The tempura batter was light and flaky unlike most places where it’s thick and crunchy, so we loved that. I’ve heard nothing but great things about here and our experience surpassed our expectations.

Everything was SO GOOD. Hands down the best sushi in southern Illinois. Everything is phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Incredible service every time I’ve been there as well. The last time one of the servers took the time to personally teach my son how to hold chopsticks, it was greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely be back over and over again

Came here with a friend from out of town after wanting to try this place since it opened. SI Pho did not disappoint! Everything was incredibly fresh, the spring rolls came out piping hot, and the pho was absolutely delicious. The sushi needed no condiments at all and the service was on point.

What a find! The sushi, pho and fried rice were beyond delicious! Not your typical sushi, rice and pho. I’ve never seen so many choices and the prices were great. The food is fancy but the atmosphere was casual. The service was amazing!

Pho-nomenal!! Friendly staff and great service. The place is clean and really fun. The food – fantastic. Authentically phenomenal. I go for the pho and always end up with both pho and sushi. As for the sushi, the sushi wins best sushi in southern Illinois says me. Run as fast as you can to Benton, IL for this great experience. Yes, I said Benton. Now go!!

This place is very nice. Not at all what I expected from the road. Our first time there and instead of getting a special roll each we picked three regular ones each and I also got some pho. Heres what mine and my fiance ranked the six rolls from favorite to worst. Snow crab rolls, spicy crunchy roll, BBQ yellowtail roll, california roll, Philadelphia roll, crunchy dynamite roll. Crab stick tempora was really good I could of made a meal out of those. Then finally the pho tom my first words to my fiance was omg lol it is really good the shrimp wasn’t over cooked the broth was amazing, great flavor had a subtle sweetness to it, the only things I added to it was one slice of a Serrano pepper and a few basil leaves. We both left stuffed and brought home a roll and a half that I couldn’t finish. I will say a bowl of pho and one roll would of done me fine, but we wanted to sample alot and glad we did. Can’t wait to go back next week . This is my new favorite place to each and for a great price.

Great place for sushi and Vietnamese food. Menu is quite extensive, staff is helpful and professional and the portions are good size and freshly made. Nice atmosphere as well, but I wish they had some traditional music in the background to add some flare to their already awesome food. They open for lunch, then close and open back up for dinner. Well worth the travel, I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. I had the dragon roll and it was scrumptious as well as being beautiful to behold, (see photo), I can’t wait to try more.

This place is seriously a gem!! I can say for sure the pho, spicy salmon roll, tempura veg, and Yakisoba is Clean space and super friendly staff! Hands down the best restaurant in the area!

This place is a must try! Always experience great service and each time we have visited the Pho has been great! If you eat sushi theirs is a great option in southern Illinois. Everything is VERY reasonably priced, 2 pho meals, 2 sushi rolls, and 2 beers came in under $50!
