Ordered a 3 meat plate. All plates come with two Lumpia, pancit and rice. We had the wings, garlic shrimp, and chicken katsu. We were greeted by J.C and he was very welcoming, he described the ordering process, similar to subway very simple & straight to the point. Met one of the co-owners as we were dining in, Daisy. She is a wonderful Person. So many nice things to say, shes extremely friendly, made me feel at home, with family. My husband and I love supporting small family owned businesses and hope this one thrives.

In town visiting family over spring break and we got some adobo, garlic shrimp and my absolute favorite dessert Halo-Halo! The food was delicious and the staff were very kind and funny. Thank you for a great experience! Just the way my Filipino friends make it so it was just like home!

Went to their new location in Leesville right outside the Fort Polk gates. Kept hearing how good they were and was not disappointed. I got the 3 meat plate with the Asian Sticky Wings, Spicy Ribs, and Pork Katsu. The 3 meat plate comes with pancit and 2 lumpia already, but I couldn’t leave without more so got a 12piece to share with co-workers.
The wings were perfectly fried, good breading, the sauce was perfection, not too spicy but had a nice kick to it. The Spicy Ribs were more of Spiced, not Spicy, a curry if you will. Oh so tender, melting every bite. And the Pork Katsu was so juicy.
Now the Lumpia. I know that’s what y’all are trying to get to. I need a tray. I need 2 trays. They were perfectly crispy, the filling was delicious. I’m not sharing next time. Will probably see if I can get a tray or 2 for our company thanksgiving potluck.

My daughter found Shyrine on Facebook and was so excited to tell me she’d discovered someone in the parish area who cooked authentic Filipino food. I took one look at the menu and knew I had to try her cuisine. Pancit, adobo, lumpia…Shyrine has it all! And she delivers!
We ordered the above and also pork skewers and shrimp curry. Every single dish was flavorful, cooked just right, and absolutely authentically Filipino. Delicious! And such generous portions!
Shyrine was also so pleasant with communications. She is a wonderful person and takes pride in her dishes.
If Filipino food is a favorite of yours or if you’ve never tried it before, Shyrine’s is a real winner. Absolutely recommend!!!

Literally came here for lunch just now and walking in the restaurant is so nice and inviting inside!! The staff are extremely sweet and attentive. Now for the food…it was amazing!!!! The sticky ribs were fall off the bone with great flavor! The lumpia was perfect and the pork Katsu as well. Everything was fire!!! A must try!!!

The photos of the food on Google are deceiving. The only food freshly made when we got there at 5PM was the chicken katsu. I grew up on Oahu and have eaten plenty of Filipino food. No one puts pineapple in adobo (pork or chicken) in Hawaii – ruined the whole dish. The lumpia was hard as a rock and had been sitting for a while. The pancit was bland. Shocked there weren’t more options and that the bulk of the menu was just sitting in warming trays (and looked like it had been for hours). The server / cashier complained about us walking in with boots on since he’d have to clean the floor – we’d been working outside for the past 10 hours man, all we wanted was some good food.
