This place is an excellent spot to relax and enjoy some great shrimp! What I loved most was that you really get what you pay for—no skimping here. The shrimp were fried perfectly, with no shells left on, so you could enjoy every bite hassle-free. The fries were fresh and delicious, and my friend had the chicken strips, which were huge, well-seasoned, and really satisfying. On top of that, the prices were super reasonable, making it even more worth it to come and enjoy a great meal. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to others!

Always amazing food at Shwings! When it comes to quality, nothing beats a family owned restaurant. Their shrimp is wild caught from the gulf(which you never find anywhere) & their garlic parm strips are the best around.
We cater from them for almost every party! If you’re catering, they also make great Italian dishes. It is not on their menu or website, but the owners make it happen. Highly recommended!

Look, this place should be on the national register. We needed jumbo shrimp breaded to perfection in the area. Then their wings and sauces are a chef’s kiss. My favorites are the garlic parm, Cajun, and sweet heat. Oh, and let me not forgot the old school fries with the skin still on them. This is the best spot for authentic Chicago jumbo shrimp and wings! Hands up!

I was told about this restaurant by a friend, so while visiting from Nashville I stopped in for lunch. This is one of the best spots I’ve been to in the area. The soup, Chicken Pastina, is like a hug from your grandmother, it’s delicious! Everything was perfectly seasoned and so good. Don’t leave without the Banana Cake for dessert!

i’ve been a shwings lover for YEARS !! the food is absolutely amazing. recently i’ve moved away so i haven’t been able to eat the wings for a long while and i got some today. The wings are so much smaller than they used to be, and the portion of the fries are smaller as well. they don’t match the price anymore which is very disappointing. i hope they go back to the chicken they used to get. other than the wings having no meat on them it’s a good place to eat !

Not a bad establishment! The place was super clean as others have commented. The host was super nice, very friendly place where I can see serves a whole lot of regulars. I would have liked to try more wing flavors, but you had to pay an additional 3 dollars to simply toss another set of wings in a sauce. Not interested for me personally, I’ll just come back some other time which I’m sure is the intention. I had the mango habanero and I tried the Cajun as well, both where great! I loved the simplicity of the mango habanero sauce, literally felt like a simple 2-4 ingredient recipe, sweet with the perfect amount of spice to it. The popcorn shrimp was simple, really felt basic but that’s the point of them. Breading it was fried in was super crispy and thin which is a plus, and the sauces they offered to dip things in where tasty. A nice solid buttermilk ranch, and their cocktail sauce was thin and homemade. A solid experience all around, priced well.

Stopped in here for the first time today and had a half pound of large shrimp and the two piece boneless chicken, with the garlic parmesan flavoring. The chicken was very good and flavorful and the blue cheese sauce went very well with it. The shrimp is cooked excellent and comes with a cocktail sauce. it is family owned, the people are extremely friendly, and the owner Nikki is very accommodating and genuinely concerned that the customers have a good experience which we did! Thank you and I will be back!
