This place is absolutely incredible. We got the rice pyramids (coconut + lovely bamboo leaf herbal flavor), tea leaf salad (bursting with flavor, order with rice!), and samosas (perfect – sauce is wonderful).
Run here!!!

Loved the chicken stir fry! This was my first time having Burmese food since visiting the country about 12 years ago. Great to have this restaurant in SLC.

I had a unique Burmese fish soup called Mohinga. The broth & zesty fresh ingredients were delicious! It was ready quickly and the staff was friendly! Nice atmosphere with indoor seating like a courtyard and outdoor seating w games outside.

We recently came back from a trip to Thailand where we had laphet thoke (fermented tea leaf salad) for the first time and we were so excited to find a place that served it here in SLC. It is such a unique, delicious flavor that I highly recommend everyone to try and I hope they add more Burmese salads to their menu.
The chicken stir fry was also great, as were the samosas (they were more like seasoned mashed potato samosas rather than the chunks of potato that I’m used to with Indian samosas, just fyi). The woman we spoke to who I believe is the owner said that they do a special Burmese menu on Fridays and Saturdays that is not listed so we are very excited about going back to try that!
*This restaurant is located inside a food hall with other vendors, photo attached of their stall.
