Drinks are good. Flavors were light and tea was well brewed. That said, service was noticeably slow, even on a Sunday night with fewer than 10 people in the store. We ordered three drinks, and it took about 20-25 minutes to come out.

It was also odd that they waited until a large batch of drinks was finished before calling multiple orders at once, which caused a crowd to form in front of the pickup bar. The process felt unorganized and could definitely be improved for both efficiency and customer flow.

Love the vibe here, love how creative and different the drinks are. It’s like no other. I was talking with the owner and he mentioned how everything come straight from China is the highest quality. definitely will be coming back.

Yummy! this place was great! The atmosphere was very nice, and the food was delicious it had good value, and they had a nice way of ordering! The only downside is that the drinks took a bit to come, but its fine, because there was a lot of people. Anyways it was a great experience

The bubble tea is top-notch—rich, flavorful, and not overly sweet. They offer a great variety of options, including unique ingredients like grass jelly and peanuts that set them apart from other shops.

The space is clean and inviting, with a modern design that’s great for hanging out or grabbing a drink on the go. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This newly opened spot has quickly become one of my favorites in the area.

Horrible experience and Incredibly mismanaged. First, we ordered both of our drinks with boba at the kiosk. Not until 10 minutes into waiting for our drinks does the barista tell us that they ran out of boba. When asked for a refund for the boba that ran out, the barista says they don’t know how to refund. What??? How does that make any sense? On top of that, the floor of this establishment is straight up nasty. There are long hair strands on the tables and trash scattered across the floor. Our next set of drinks has been in the making for 30 minutes.

Very unsanitary and unprofessional. Do not open up an establishment if you don’t know how to refund orders or treat your customers this horribly. Rancid drinks too.

UPDATE: Establishment decided to respond ignoring the amount of time it took to make two drinks lol. If you don’t have boba, the bare minimum is to write a sign with pen and paper saying you don’t have it. What do you mean the place is a “shared space”? Does that mean you are no longer responsible for ensuring a clean space? Don’t be defensive, just do a better job of serving your customers.

This is officially my new favorite bubble tea spot. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks and how generous they are with toppings.

I tried the peach mochi oolong tea with added coconut jelly, and it was amazing. Even at 0% sweetness, it was perfect thanks to the naturally sweet toppings. The tea itself was strong and full of flavor.

My boyfriend ordered the classic grass jelly milk tea, and it came loaded with toppings: grass jelly, red bean, roasted peanuts, raisins, and boba. It was so filling it could practically pass for breakfast or dessert.

If you’re nearby, definitely stop in and give it a try.

I ended up trying Shuyi after seeing it pop up on Google. I wanted to try their grass jelly and mango pomelo drinks. I ordered through doordash and picked up. Even though I scheduled it for a certain time, they made the drink way to early leading to dilution from the ice. When I went inside to pick up, the workers did not even greet or pay attention to anything as they were just busy making drinks. Very robotic and lacking human interaction.

The mango pomelo sago did not have any pomelo and the mango pieces were mostly the pit. It was impossible to chew through all the fibrous mango. This drink was a huge failure and I would not recommend. It was not refreshing at all and it had a weird aftertaste like I was eating Durian or something that I strongly do not like.

The signature grass jelly tea had a lot of toppings and was the winner of this visit. I ordered a medium size, but the amount of toppings felt like this drink needed to be an extra large as the liquid portion was very little in comparison. The grass jelly and peanuts along with the red beans were savory and complimented the drink well. I asked them to omit the raisins.

They put the pick up drinks in a nice insulated bag which I thought was clever.
I also noticed that they were selling Labubu monsters in here.

I think the mango pomelo drink was overpriced and not worth at around $9 vs the signature tea which was around $6.50.
