DELICIOUS. Their Peach Mochi Oolong Milk Tea ($7.25 with sweet oolong milk, cream, peaches, & strawberry popping boba). This one wasn’t as sweet, it was definitely a tad bit earthy.
LIKE THAT! Their Orange Camilla Milk Tea ($6.25 one size only, with orange slices, & a sweet Camilla flowered milk). Super floral, sweet, & delicious to be the only hot tea I tried from them.

It was also odd that they waited until a large batch of drinks was finished before calling multiple orders at once, which caused a crowd to form in front of the pickup bar. The process felt unorganized and could definitely be improved for both efficiency and customer flow.
The space is clean and inviting, with a modern design that’s great for hanging out or grabbing a drink on the go. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This newly opened spot has quickly become one of my favorites in the area.
Very unsanitary and unprofessional. Do not open up an establishment if you don’t know how to refund orders or treat your customers this horribly. Rancid drinks too.
UPDATE: Establishment decided to respond ignoring the amount of time it took to make two drinks lol. If you don’t have boba, the bare minimum is to write a sign with pen and paper saying you don’t have it. What do you mean the place is a “shared space”? Does that mean you are no longer responsible for ensuring a clean space? Don’t be defensive, just do a better job of serving your customers.
I tried the peach mochi oolong tea with added coconut jelly, and it was amazing. Even at 0% sweetness, it was perfect thanks to the naturally sweet toppings. The tea itself was strong and full of flavor.
My boyfriend ordered the classic grass jelly milk tea, and it came loaded with toppings: grass jelly, red bean, roasted peanuts, raisins, and boba. It was so filling it could practically pass for breakfast or dessert.
If you’re nearby, definitely stop in and give it a try.
The mango pomelo sago did not have any pomelo and the mango pieces were mostly the pit. It was impossible to chew through all the fibrous mango. This drink was a huge failure and I would not recommend. It was not refreshing at all and it had a weird aftertaste like I was eating Durian or something that I strongly do not like.
The signature grass jelly tea had a lot of toppings and was the winner of this visit. I ordered a medium size, but the amount of toppings felt like this drink needed to be an extra large as the liquid portion was very little in comparison. The grass jelly and peanuts along with the red beans were savory and complimented the drink well. I asked them to omit the raisins.
They put the pick up drinks in a nice insulated bag which I thought was clever.
I also noticed that they were selling Labubu monsters in here.
I think the mango pomelo drink was overpriced and not worth at around $9 vs the signature tea which was around $6.50.
