The food was absolutely amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly for my man — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I had the lobster bisque, and it was so smooth with delicious chunks of lobster inside. For appetizers, we ordered the calamari and the ahi tuna both were fresh and perfectly seasoned.
I had the Seafood Cavatappi Pasta, which was rich and full of flavor, while my boyfriend enjoyed their incredible steak with a side of lobster — definitely a perfect combo. The drinks were just as impressive! The espresso martinis with Baileys were to die for, and the wine was super good too.
Our server was wonderful super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. They checked in just the right amount and made the whole experience even better.
Overall, everything from the food to the drinks and service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for a perfect night out! Ann something I might me spelling it wrong but she was amazing !

**Edit – Gary the GM reached out and I must say has been superb, he genuinely cares and wants to ensure every guest has a great experience. He is a credit to the brand**

The dining room had about 3-4 other tables, was very quiet inside. The greeters seemed disinterested in their job & had one of them had AirPods in.

Server was nice, but a bit short in his approach.

Ordered the wedge salad which was good.

Both ordered a medium well fillet, we both received a very well done steak.

After 5mins he came to ask how everything was, he agreed it was way overcooked. Had the kitchen remake it.

I assume the manager, another man, came over and apologised and took it off the bill. The remade steak was significantly better and really flavourful.

Their recovery was good from the mistake but would have been nice to be offered something whilst I waited or a desert etc, as another 10/20mins passed as it was remade and my partner continued to eat.

Wouldn’t recommend, seems it’s past its best and in need of cheaper prices to reflect the service.

A last oddity, the waiter before bringing the cheque, asked if I was tipping 20 or 22%, never been to a place which asks me before seeing the bill what I want to tip. Especially when not had the best meal.

Our server was attentive and did a great job.

To start, the bread and butter came out first and it was delicious. Our daughter’s chicken tenders with steak fries arrived next. She tried the chocolate milk, which was not good, so we switched it to the lemonade, and she really enjoyed her meal. Her fries were amazing, 10 out of 10. We had the Caesar salad, which was also amazing.

For the main course, I ordered the 7 ounce filet mignon medium well, but it came out extra well done and dry. My significant other ordered the 10 ounce filet mignon medium, but it came closer to medium well. The mac and cheese lacked flavor, and the whipped potatoes were okay. I would give them 7.5 out of 10, but my significant other thought they tasted like boxed potatoes.

Our main course came out at least 45 minutes after the salad, so by that time I was very hungry. I did not send back my steak because it was not the server’s fault.

Overall, while the bread, salad, and fries were excellent, the steaks were disappointing given the restaurant’s reputation.

This on-site restaurant at the Hilton Naples was really good. The staff was very attentive and took care of whatever you may need. The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere feels like a country club.

From start to finish, our experience at Shula’s was outstanding. Ari, our server, went above and beyond. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm in her service. She made great recommendations and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal.

The rest of the team matched her professionalism. The hosts, bartenders, and support staff all worked seamlessly to create a first-class dining experience. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service made the evening memorable.

If you are in Naples and want a true five-star steakhouse experience, Shula’s is the place. Ask for Ari.

Nate and Danny took great care of me 2 nights in a row. I come to this hotel twice a year on extended stays and rarely venture away from Shulas for dinner. Always sit at the bar and enjoy the bartenders company. Food great. Drinks (old fashioned and espresso martini) are the bomb.
Highly recommend.

We have breakfast here when staying at the hotel and it is exceptional. They food is delicious, fresh and well prepared. We also celebrated my father’s 87th bday on our last visit and they made it so special! Highly recommend this Shula’s! Gio, Rom (might not be spelling that correctly), and Tonya (manager) stand out. Gio remembers my son and that means the world to him!

Last Saturday evening we went to Shula’s in Naples. We arrived around 5:30 Decor of dark wood gave a impression of opulence. We had a nice table near the windows. After ordering our food was delivered quickly. We discovered the filet medallions needed to be ordered medium rare to be tender if you ordered medium or medium well the became tough. It might have been me but the steak was tasteless I enjoy the natural flavor of a aged steak and the medallions were lacking in that sense. The potatoes au gratin were very tasty and well prepared. One of our party had the salmon and they said it was tasty. We debated on the desert but didn’t partake. By the time we were ready to leave there was quite a crowd and it had become quite noisy. But it was bearable.

We left without eating.

We arrived at Shula’s for breakfast and were surprised to find plenty of empty tables.
Still, no one seated us because it would be full.
After waiting a while with no sign of service, we decided to leave. No idea how the food is – we never got that far. The ambience is nice though.
