To begin with we didn’t exactly get off to the best start, I made a reservation trying to be smart and make sure I had a seat amongst the happy couples on Valentine’s Day. Now I already wasn’t feeling good about being canceled and I really didn’t like the part where it was suggested. I did something wrong by not confirming something, definitely could have did without that part. Being single on this day but to have my reservation canceled made me feel worse. It was giving. We don’t want some sad single sack hanging around here. Now I was quickly greeted with customer service and managers so I believe them. When they said a bunch of reservations got canceled I felt like they were there because they knew some people were going to be coming in hot. So I understand a system issue and we moved on. First of all shouts out to the valet Brian. Very cool guy and I wish I would have tipped him more money. Then we move on to my server. Brian and Kyle who is also out on the patio. These gentlemen complimented each other and took care of everybody out on the patio including single little old me. Huge shout out to my guy Brian. You get a proper tip for proper service. Like I said, didn’t get off to the bus start but they had a fantastic finish.

The food was next level. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Coach Shula would definitely be proud. Those wings were everything. It did have some kick but the ranch balanced it out and I thoroughly enjoyed those. Now to one of the best filet mignon in town. If you ever want to know if the cook and the wait staff know what’s going on, tell them to cook it. Pittsburgh. Highly seasoned and almost to a burn on the outside. Cooked on two sides by cast iron. Steel is ideal but if you can get a mid-rare Pittsburgh correctly, you’re in the right kitchen and I was definitely in the right kitchen. Five stars for what could have been unpleasant that ended and one of the best meals I’ve had on Valentine’s Day single or not. Thank you to all involved.

Overall a nice place but very pricey for what you get. I expected better for spending almost $100 a person.

We went during happy hour but sat in the dinning area because we were there for dinner. Wanted to try one of their liquor flights. We were told we could only have it if we moved to the bar area. However we could have the wine flight at our booth if we wanted. My take is we were not “offsides” but rather the restaurant was guilty of “illegal procedure” as we were literally 20 feet from the bar. Apparently hard liquor in a flight formation is against the rules and flagged while dinning and spending almost $200 on food.

Our waitress was polite and took our order well. We ordered the seafood linguine and NY Strip. Also had the Maryland Crap Cake appetizer. I grew up in MD, these crab cakes didn’t taste like MD blue crab cakes. Consistency was correct but taste and seasoning was not flavorful. 10 yard penalty for that.

The bread that was served was hot and seemed freshly baked. However you can’t cut it with the knife they give you. You’re better off tearing it and the crust is tough, inside soft and good. I say replay that down.

Drinks come with paper straws. Not a fan, very dry feeling, must be from the visiting team.

The fish of the day for the pasta dish was grouper. We asked if it could be grilled and the waitress said yes. 10 min later we were told no it can’t be grilled. The dish was tasty but the pasta kinda dry.

The steak was prepared and cooked to a perfect medium. They seem to grill it with no seasoning so that you experience the taste of the meat. That was fine as it was an excellent cut of beef. The baked potato was big but under cooked slightly. 5 yard penalty

Just a little disappointing as a dinner option. With the cost, I expected better and not crazy rules about drinks.

We will try happy hour over 10 yards to the north behind the glass wall another time and will update. The Happy Hour pricing seems good. It will be interesting to see what isn’t allowed on the other side of the wall.

UPDATE: 01-13-2026

Finally went back for happy hour. Had the martini flight (they aren’t all martinis) and it was a great deal. Not full glasses because it’s a flight but still a great deal at $4. Had the wings and meatball sliders. The wings were large and flavorful with a nice crispy skin. The meatball sliders were just “ok”. They had good flavor but nothing to boast about.

Added one star for a much better happy hour experience.

We are here from “cold” Chicago, so to be able to sit outside and eat in February is a real treat! The surrounding were quiet enough for my husband to get work done and take a few calls.

The service was excellent and my lunch bowl was amazing! I don’t eat meat and they were happy to accommodate me. My husband had a Greek salad with chicken that he said was good as well.

Our 1st time here,Christmas Day. Our service was great. Food, sides were average. Ordered the prime rib, $50 for a small piece of well done prime rib. Was told at end of day ALL prime rib is well done. Guess they didn’t think we’ve ever had prime rib in the evenings other places. Lol! Husbands steak was well done although we ordered it med. They told us, to dig around in the middle of steak, that part was medium. We just laughed and asked them to re-cook. Manager came by, apologized, and bought us 2 drinks for our troubles. But now we know, just don’t order red meat there. I would say below average for the price. Staff was nice tho.

A wanna be 5 star restaurant that does Not know how to prepare a French 75! Rude servers and unkind manager. First, waited almost 10 mins for someone to greet me, ask what I wanted to drink without even care if I had a menu. All I wanted was one drink and a small appetizer and leave home. Long day. This restaurant needs to step up specially if you run a Business inside a hotel. I recommend all of you to go Grafton Street Pub, more warm and yes they did me a nice FRENCH 75. Common, be classy you!

First time visiting 347 Grille by Coach Shula. The greeter was attentive, the hostess was kind, the waiter was clearly overworked and stressed because of under staffing but he was still a decent waiter. I ordered the Breakfast Quiche Lorraine (it was slightly cold, but the taste was acceptable), Cauliflower Gouda Soup (completely bland), Crab Cake Benedict (absolutely delicious), and the Chocolate Tuxedo Cake (mmmm, so good)! But… here is where things become uncomfortable and disappointing, it was that overwhelming feeling that we weren’t welcomed at this establishment, this unwelcome feeling came from one person, to be exact I’m talking about the Assistant General Manager – his name is Jonathan. I watch this man for more than an hour. He walked back and forth greeting customers and asking them if they were enjoying their meals, he struck-up what seem to be good conversations with these people. But, he never once came to our table where me and my family were sitting and asked us how we were doing, nor did he speak or acknowledge our presence. I swear for the first 40 minutes in observing Mr. Jonathan I didn’t want to jump to conclusions… that was until I witness that he went out of his way to completely ignore another African-American family who was sitting a few tables down from where we were. At that very moment my suspicions of Mr. Jonathan was confirmed! I’m the type of person, I don’t need attention, I don’t need for someone to ask me “How I’m doing” every 10 minutes, and I’m not quick to jump to negative conclusions about anyone, however, Mr. Jonathan’s actions were so deliberately deplorable and prejudice I found it hard not to be affected by his quietly racist demeanor. Every other employee of the restaurant was awesome, their mood and energy is what you would expect from good customer service, all is well except for Mr. Jonathan his attitude and overall demeanor is not a good look for the restaurant, unless of course 347 Grille tolerates racist people like Mr. Jonathan. I would sincerely hope not, simply because it’s not good for business, potential profit, nor is it good for morale. The meals were expensive, the money spent would have been worthwhile if it wasn’t for that “One Person”. Me and my family will never spend our money at this restaurant ever again… and that’s unfortunate!

I had an excellent experience at Shula’s 347 Grill and felt compelled to share just how great the service and atmosphere were.

From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming, polished, and professional. The food was outstanding—perfectly prepared, flavorful, and exactly what you would expect from a restaurant that carries the Shula’s name. Everything from the presentation to the quality of the meal reflected true attention to detail.

What really made the visit exceptional, though, was our server, Chris. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. His recommendations were spot on, he checked in at just the right times, and his professionalism elevated the entire meal. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows.

Chris absolutely deserves recognition—if he’s in a contest, he has my vote. Shula’s 347 Grill is fortunate to have him representing their team.

Five stars all around. I’ll definitely be back.

A momentous occasion calls for an exceptional meal, and 347 Grille by Shula delivers in both quality and atmosphere. From the warm welcome to the perfectly executed dishes, this dining experience added a touch of sophistication to our college graduation celebration.

The evening began with fresh bread, a simple yet appreciated gesture that set the tone for a well-paced and enjoyable meal. As the entrees arrived, each dish showcased careful preparation and top-tier ingredients.

The Salmon Dish stood out with its well-balanced seasoning, enhanced by the crisp perfection of its grilled exterior. The Filet Mignon Dish was the definition of steakhouse excellence. It was expertly cooked to a buttery tenderness that melted in each bite. The Beef and Broccoli Dish introduced a comforting, savory balance, combining rich, perfectly seasoned beef with crisp, flavorful broccoli.

To finish the celebration on a sweet note, Carrot Cake arrived (a much larger piece than I thought), delivering a dessert that was moist, spiced to perfection, and crowned with lots of walnuts. A well-deserved treat for an accomplished graduate!

347 Grille by Shula transforms a simple dinner into an occasion to remember, blending elevated flavors with a welcoming atmosphere. This is the second time that I’ve dined here, and I’ll definitely be back.
