I just wanted to try it. I probably wouldn’t have gone if I had read the reviews first. But it’s fine. I needed a burger and it is all I got. Just 1 Shula burger. No drink, no fries. It took about what seemed about 10 min. Probably like 5 to 10. Burger was $10 after tax. The burger itself was mid, nothing special, patties were okay. Not overly greasy. Heavy on fresh lettuce and I filled ye ole belly. If I make the flight home without running to the restroom it will be a win. I will say they don’t live up to the name.

Burgers were undercooked, had horrible flavor, and fairly sure it was full of fillers. The onion rings had nothing that would resemble an onion inside. Nothing was edible and hoping this does not make me sick. Everything was just off and the cashier could not speak English to answer my question. He consulted another person who consulted a third person, and I just decided to order…..big mistake. Will not be back

Stopped by for a bite to eat while waiting for our flight back to WIS during the Packers Game.The counter Girl was super to me, my wife and kids.However i would ask that your business put a modest tip jar on the counter as these folks were all working hard during the time i was there. i own a rockin packers bar for 36 yrs & i observe the work efforts of other operations people and your staff all appeared to be hammering out a solid day of work! Many many people like to tip,some just because and many (like me) tip but the amount varies based on the hustle and demeanor of the staff.Your staff was focused and working hard so keep up the good hiring and training as these kind of jobs can open up other job opportunities for hard working staffers

Since there’s no lounge at RSW I appreciate that there’s a t least one restaurant to eat at pre-security. There are quite a few bad reviews about this restaurant so my partner and I didn’t have high expectations.
Service was OK given we were sitting at the bar. If not sitting at the bar, I’d expect service to be worse. Wouldn’t recommend the cocktails at this place. Just stick to the wine and beer.
Burgers didn’t look great, but tasted ok. Patties were a bit dry. Fries were good. Each burger was about $20 and each drink about $14.
Service is a bit slow but I appreciated the fact you could just pay online. Overall, I’d recommend you eat before getting to the airport due to the lack of a lounge. If hungry, it’s an ok place to stop to grab a burger and a drink.

Absolute chaos, go anywhere else. Had a very simple order, 2 Shula burgers, one with cheese and one without. Waited almost a half hour for my order which they had to remake for some reason and both came out without cheese. And cold fries. Tasted bad never again

Shula burger, the worst airport restaurant in the us. They are a walk up, we ordered two burgers. We ordered food at 6:20pm and walked out empty handed 40 mins later. They refunded us cash when we paid by credit card. And as we left he was shouting “anyone want this order for free, they got a refund”. The manager is a jerk. DO NOT EAT HERE. Also Very dirty.

This place is so bad that I’m leaving my first review. The prices are insanely high, the quality is terrible, no combo prices, gave a chicken finger the size of a thumb…and the first time a fast food place didn’t even have straws!?
Never go here at RSW. Worst fast food experience of my life. Hoping it goes under so Burger King comes back.

Overpriced garbage. RSW PLEASE…. give us more food options!! This is terrible. Don’t t order from the Kiosk! Go to the counter. Give us a chick fil A. Something, anything other than this!
