This is my family’s favorite Asian restaurant in Rochester! My daughter & I eat here once a week now, she always get the Shrimp Fried Rice where I have been getting the Sesame Chicken. They are both 10/10 delicious!
It is important to note Shui is a husband-wife team so the food is top notch as it is all made fresh in the kitchen but if you are a party of more than 2 it will take some time to receive your food. It is absolutely worth the wait! I thoroughly enjoy the different types of food available; this is an underground hit! More people need to patronize this place!

Surprised and impressed by this place! We were seated right away (on a Saturday night) and opted for the patio. It was a lovely evening and we enjoyed the patio lights of the adjacent restaurants and the fresh air. We ordered too much food but it was all really good. The summer rolls appetizer was simple with a delicious dipping sauce. We ordered pineapple fried rice to share which tasted really fresh and not greasy or oily. My entree was a mango tofu dish which was very flavorful, on the sweet side, and absolutely yummy with jasmine rice. The boys very much enjoyed their chicken dishes; curry and spicy basil. For 4 dishes, 2 appetizers, and 2 fancy drinks our bill was not bad at all. Nice experience and will come back.

We wanted to try some thai food during our visit to Rochester and stopped by Shui Asian fusion. The place was beautifully decorated. The place wasn’t too crowded, so our food came out pretty fast. The server, though, we felt, was very distracted. She wrote down our orders on her note book, yet brought us the wrong order twice! She did apologize, but it felt awkward as she wasn’t too busy to be that distracted. Anyway, the food was great. At first, we tried the tomyum soup. The server forgot to give us the hotsauce tray. We didn’t enjoy the soup as much. The level of spice wasn’t enough for us, so we asked to make the rest of our order spicier. And to our surprise we got it! It was just perfect! The Padthai was our favorite! We also loved the chocken satay and the fried calamari that we had ordered for our appetizer. For dessert, we tried their mango sticky rice. It wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better. Overall, it was great food, but service could probably be better.

I rarely give 5 stars but I felt like due to the experience and the food it was worth rounding up.
I ordered seafood soup and dumplings and I was at awe. The food was delicious and my companion agreed. She ordered a different soup but also ordered dumplings and she finished her meal before I. Everything is reasonably priced and the customer service was satisfactory as well.
Will definitely be returning to this cozy establishment.

Still one of the best places to eat in Rochester. James is always friendly and the food is always delicious . He has vegetarian options as well as the ability to make most meals gluten free if asked. The new location in village gates is good looking and open on Sundays. Don’t forget to order the edamame.

The Shui Asian Fusion food and service is amazing. If you really like to eat real spicy or non-spicy authentic Thai foods, I highly recommend that you visit the Shui Asian Fusion restaurant. They are definitely the best Asian/Thai food in Rochester. One of my favorites is the Volcano beef and Triple Crown. The service, food and atmosphere is fantastic.

Everything was fresh and delicious. The chicken is so soft and tender, and the eggs rolls have the best crispy outside. The volcano beef is my favorite meal; lots of flavor and spice. I’ve dined in, and gotten delivery, and it was always a fresh and tasty meal. Tonight’s delivery was super fast too.

Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time.
Wife had the Mee Ga-Thi spicy coconut shrimp and I had the Pahd Bai Ga-Paw spicy basil chicken, both very excellent.

I ordered from Grubhub and got a $7 promo code off my bill. The food was GREAT omg the Gaeng Massamum Curry I ordered was creamy and flavorful with a little hint of coconut sweetness. We also got Pla Muok Tod (fried calamari) & a lemongrass Pahd Ta Kria. Once we spent over $20 we received a free Thai Iced Tea & it was one of the best I’ve had. I will defiantly order from here again & Tea every time!!! There was also a $1 delivery fee…

my friend and i went here right before going to the mag and i’m glad we did! the atmosphere is very calming and the food was absolutely delicious. she ordered pad thai and i ordered curry. we ended up sharing because the portions were so big! if you’re in the rochester area i highly recommend checking this place out!
