I want so badly to like this place because it’s close by and the people seem so nice. But I find the bbq very very dry. Also when they had mashed potatoes as a side they were not home made. I would expect a place like this to do homemade foods. Same for their beans. They are clearly from a can. I want this place to succeed and I hope the owners take this as constructive criticism and make sides fresh and home made. Portion size for the price also could be a bit bigger.

Ohhhh man!! I have been eating bbq from jeff since the early 80s! Hands down the best bbq in the south. I’m so happy they are in my neighbourhood! I must have ate at the signal mountain location hundreds of times! I drove by there today and was happy to see them in chickamauga! And only like 3 blocks from where I live! The best bbq sauce ever and turkey year around! Welcome to chickamauga guys!! Glad you all are still goin strong!!!

Need something different for the barbeque sauce. We did not like the flavor of the sauce. It has a strange charcoal or vinegar flavor. Too over powering over the really good meat.
