I ordered my food around 4:15 pm, 2 lbs of snow crab legs and low country boil for 2, and it took around 20 minutes. I will tell you this, it’s worth the wait. The food is delicious and the staff are great. If you’re looking for a great meal, I definitely recommend. It looks like takeout only, so plan ahead.

I’ve been going to Shuck’s since 2020 & I’ve yet to have bad food or bad service! I’ve never waited over 20 mins once my order is placed to receive my food. I always get the crab clusters mild and LCB sides with extra extra garlic butter ( the butter is amazing) I was sad when they stopped selling it by itself but it’s still on the food. Everything is always fresh and hot! You won’t be disappointed!!

I love shucks seafood. The low country boil is phenomenal.. I live about an hour away, and my family makes the drive, just to pick up shucks and bring it home, about once every other month.

The worst crab spot in GA, I believe that they serve the way they do because they are the only ones in the area:
1)The guy weighed the crabs for 3 pounds(6 clusters) when the order was ready it went from 6-clusters to 3. They are a scam store that will take the food that they weigh for you and remove some of it and still charge you the same price. The customer service is terrible and irresponsible.
2) they charge 1 dollar to heat your food, and when you make a order it will intentionally be given to you cold. In order to charge you another dollar to “re-heat” your food.
3) They do not follow instructions when told to put garlic sauce on the side.
Please stay away from this place, I would rather drive 45 minutes towards Hinesville then order from here again.
