I’ve ordered from Shrimpy’s in East Islip several times now, and they never disappoint. The environment is incredibly friendly and the location is always spotless. One of my favorite things about this place is the service. The staff is excellent. I always ask for their opinion on the menu, and I love that I get a straight answer and thoughtful suggestions based on what I’m in the mood for. If you go on a Tuesday, they have some awesome Taco Tuesday specials right when you walk in!

Food is good, portions are generous, atmosphere is good, and customer service is excellent. I wish they toasted it a bit more on each side, by the time I got home 7mins, it was soggy on the other side, beside that it was REALLY GOOD.

I came here after a doctors appointment across the street& boy did i leave satisfied! I had the lobster burrito of the month. it was about $30 but well worth it, the burrito was huge & packed with food & flavor! I will definitely be returning to try more of the menu.

Not my favorite. I got the shrimpy burrito, street taco and bang bang taco. Only good part of the shrimpy taco was the toppings. The shrimp tasted old. The pork on the street taco tasted like it came out of a can, tasted like pre-processed food as well as what they called steak from the bang bang taco. Did not look or taste like steak at all

I went there because one of the owners is my kid’s wrestling coach and thought I’d do the nice thing and patronize the place. The thought of having a Taco Tuesday lunch special was tempting, but I wanted a true taste of the place. So, I had the Shrimp Po Boy Burrito. Damn was that amazing!! And it wasn’t small. I definitely got my monies worth! And since it’s the only game in town that has beef tacos, I brought my kids back for dinner. This time was the chicken quesadilla for me. Also, not let down. I’ll be back plus I might get them to cater a party!

I just hosted my son’s first birthday party at shrimpys burrito bar of east islip in their new event space and they did not disappoint! The owners Ryan & John were so accommodating allowing us to decorate, bring in kids entertainment and the food was absolutely delicious. Mikayla handled our event and everything was perfect from beginning to end. Everyone left full and happy! I would 100% recommend using their new space for events!
