Shreddy’s Tacos in Boulder is a must-try. I had the fajita bowl, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with generous portions. My guest ordered the ramen birria, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, savory, and packed with tender meat that made every bite satisfying. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was great—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The menu is creative, the food is well-executed, and the overall experience was excellent. We’ll definitely be back to try more!

I’ve been a Shreddys customer a long time. Horchata is a must! Agua Fresca also a must. Plus they donate food and bevs to our local school fundraiser. I love their whole menu but I always order the crunchy chicken tacos that they put on special for game days or Tuesdays sometimes. The House Marg is so good. It is made with local Tequila brand, Suerte, and you can taste the quality plus they are very reasonably priced. The vibes are always high, and their giant oak bar is gorgeous. They also have a nice outdoor patio for warm weather. Its my favorite spot in Boulder. Shreddy Eddy is the owner and she’s a a world famous snowboarder from Winter Park where she started as a food truck. I highly recommend and want to say thnk you for always supporting Boulder children’s schools and the teachers meals!

Tres leches lacked texture, taste, and presentation. $10 slice for a basic sponge cake with whipped cream from a can and half melted by the time it got home, I’ve tried $8 slices from an actual bakery, driven an hour and still had it in tact. Tacos were a disappointment, am allergic to onions and couldn’t even take a bite.

If you’re looking for the best tacos in Boulder, this is the spot! The birria tacos and consommé were packed with flavor, the shrimp tacos were fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the birria grilled cheese was an insanely delicious twist on a classic. We also had the elote, which was the perfect balance of smoky, creamy, and cheesy goodness.
The margaritas were next level—we tried the hibiscus margarita and the skinny margarita, both of which had amazing flavor and a unique twist. The attention to detail in both the food and drinks really sets this place apart.
On top of that, the service was top-notch, making the experience even better. Friendly, fast, and super knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

I love this place. Started with the excellent service and ambiance.
Roberto personally took care of me. I mean personally, friendly obviously loves his job. He is proud of his work and food. Rightfully so, the food is spectacular and very authentic Mexican style food.
If you’re in Boulder or near to Boulder I highly recommend you stop by and try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Food was a disappointment in all aspects of what it was pretending to be. Sorry you’re hurting from the GREAT seasoning and salsa shortage of 2025, don’t be afraid of flavor, boiled stew meat is not Carne Asad, thanks for the half portion at twice the cost of AnythingBERTOS.
