We found this place online, read the amazing reviews and decided to give this place a chance. We were so glad that we did!! Had the hibachi combination with filet mignon and chicken, yakisoba noodles, shrimp tempura and steak hibachi. Loved all the dishes!! They just hit the spot! Appreciated the staff’s friendliness and dedication towards customer satisfaction. The food portion was very generous. Hot chili oil was so hot!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Dumas and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain all of our options and make recommendations.
We went with the hibachi steak and chicken — both were cooked perfectly. The steak was especially soft, tender, and full of flavor. The rice and vegetables were excellent, and the carrots were a really nice touch that added great flavor and texture to the meal.
Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. Friendly service, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere — and our food was ready in less than 12 minutes after ordering. We’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a few questions/concerns about the menu, and they went above and beyond to answer everything with a smile, making us feel right at home.
The restaurant was impressively clean and well-maintained. We were also blown away by how fast the service was—our food arrived quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find a spot that balances speed with such high-quality flavor.
If you’re in the area, this is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I come every Monday, sit in or take out — always amazing. The staff knows us by name and always adds extra yum yum sauce. Chicken hibachi is our favorite and honestly the best. Highly recommend!

Unassuming spot that is definitely recommended. Hard working staff made the experience and it is obvious that these guys out there everything into making it a great meal. I customized my bowl the the max (extra protein in multiple ways) and they nailed it! Food was delicious and their attention to detail was top notch!

Really tasty teppanyaki and fresh poke. The steak hibachi was juicy and cooked a nice medium. Fried rice was flavorful and loved the sweet carrot side. Large portion that I could barely finish. The spicy poke flavors are particularly good. Service is very friendly.

Was craving some tuna and happened upon this little corner stop in a strip mall. Always a little suspicious to strip mall food but this place was great! I got the spicy tuna poke and my girlfriend got the spicy salmon. The fish was fresh and flavorful, the poke bowls were plenty of food for a great price and you can pick two protein! The boba was alright but I was here for the food and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

We left Shoyu depressed because we can’t get the best Hibachi we’ve ever had back home. Seriously, the food was that amazing.
To start, we were given complimentary (miso?) soup that was the best we’ve ever had. The steak Hibachi was perfectly cooked and insanely flavorful without being overly greasy or salty. And it was hard to believe how fresh and delicious my salmon poke bowl was.
The staff were also so friendly and the food did not take long at all. The prices were almost hard to believe, especially considering the amount of food you get.
I can’t wait until we can come here again.

The only thing I would say;
It is too much rice. No one can or should eat that much rice with their meal. I hate wasting food.
Also too much carrots (for the average person).

We had a group of 6 people and we all had different Hibachi Combination meals. The food was awesome this was a return visit we are out from Oklahoma for our second visit to this restaurant and we brought our 3 teenage grandkids and our daughter and everything we had was great. The price is very responsible and especially for the portions they give. Everything was made to order all fresh we would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great food.
