I was super excited to try a new coffee place. The person working was very nice and explained what was in the latte I was looking at. I tried the Spanish Latte. I like my coffee to taste like coffee and this definitely did. With a hint of cream from the milk.
He also gave us a free dessert since we couldn’t decide on what we wanted. That was super kind and we absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back to try other drinks & more desserts.

I visited the Annapolis Mall location and had a very disappointing experience. The taste was completely different compared to the VA location. I ordered Karak Chai, but it tasted like plain saffron water with no real flavor. The basbousa was soggy and completely tasteless.
Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations at all. I hope they improve their quality and consistency.

I went to shotted today in Annapolis and the lady was not friendly. Prices are not post for all drinks. I asked for a strawberry matcha and in the medium size. No where states it a dollar extra and I asked where does it say you charge extra? She got angry and removes the extra dollar and just don’t make the strawberry matcha. The matcha was not ceremonial level at all. It was light green and very lack luster. I been to Japan and I would think you guys would have better quality matcha. Please teach every customer service she needs it!
