First time here and only had wings. They were good, so best I could do was 3 average stars. I just got the regular hot buffalo thinking that would be a decent wing-dicator and it was. Good buffalo style wings with an awesome vinegary twang. Delicious. I’m sure I’ll be back and update the food review later. I arrived at 4:30 on Saturday, peak busy hours. Don’t let the parking lot looking packed scare you away, even though the lot looked full when I drove by, there were plenty of spaces available and still plenty of seating available inside. Service was outstanding especially given that they were pretty busy. The 1/2 football field was full of kids playing a variety of toss, kick, and catch with footballs, soccer balls, etc. I wanted to sit outside and watch them play but, being a solo adult male thought that may give off creepy old man vibes so I just stayed inside and watched through the glass until one of the dads came in and asked me to stop. Seemed odd at the time, but I guess not everyone likes clown masks.
OK, that last part was a joke. Calm down. This is a great hangout for moms and dads with kids with energy to burn off on a pretty afternoon. Or anyone just wanting a cool spot to hang out and chill for a while. Beer was cold, wings were great, service and atmosphere were off the chart! If I still had kids the appropriate age this would definitely be on the regular weekend afternoon rotation!
Looking at the Google Earth Map today, 2/21/2026, that whole dirt and weed area to the south and southeast of Shorty’s, including that odd little trapezoid shaped bit, is the football field play area, so it’s substantial, and high privacy fenced.
I’ll definitely be back to sample more of their food offerings and enjoy a game day at the bar. I’m confident that my food score, and overall score, will elevate substantially.
I had to check the “$20-$30” price point because I included my tip. The wings and two pints came in under $20.00. Pretty good considering a burger and fries at any FF joint would be just a couple duckies less.

Great cauliflower pizza, beer. Basic margarita not so much. The waitress was cute, awesome and ever so nice!!! One of these days I’ll get better about remembering names…smh

Walked in and got seated right away. Waitress took care of us. We tried the chili cheese fries, veggie pillow pizza, and 14″ pepperoni pizza and enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and it looked like they had games outside for kids.

My son mentioned this place so I thought we should get takeout from here and try it for the 1st time. Omg everything was disgusting! I spent almost $47 and what a waste of money. Frozen pizza tastes better than their pizza. We got 2 pizza pillows (1 pepperoni and the other was the works), we got the garlic knots, cheese bread and 18” pepperoni pizza. The garlic knots were hard as a rock and completely dry (just some powdered seasonings on it)! The pizza was paper thin would be an understatement! No flavor, very very bland! Everything was not even warm and tasted like it’s been sitting all day. The cheese bread is a 6” French style bread with some cheese on it.

Picked up pizzas and desserts from Shorty’s for the family last weekend. Got a half The Works and half BBQ Chicken pizza, and it was flavorful and satisfying! Also enjoyed the chocolate dessert pizza bites with my nephew. The place was lively crowded on a Saturday afternoon with birthday parties and families just enjoying their meals together. Definitely a great place to eat good pizza and spend quality time with friends and family. Parking was packed and sort of limited. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

This is my first time eating here. Everything is great, except the server I had. I ordered a cinnamon twist things, they were five dollars, I got changed my whole bank account. He charged me another tables check and the result was taking all MY money. When he had took my card and came back with it, it said the card was declined, which was weird because I had money before this, I check my bank, 0.00 dollars. Never did he mention accidentally charging my card, just that my card had been declined. Once I brought it up to him that’s when he told me what happened. Why not tell me immediately? He kept saying give it a few minutes and the money will come back, it still has yet to come back. I called the manager and he said I have to wait till Monday for the owner. Very inconvenient, irritating, and disappointing. (Let me say everything was amazing BUT my incompetent server)

Great pizza, cold beer drunken straight from the half pitcher with no judgement, and a wide open field full of random sports balls where kids run farel and form roving packs of sugary soda fueled maniacs focused only on providing an environment of mass chaos. It’s always dinner and a show, free of charge, where you can make bets on how many crying kids you will see before you leave. In all seriousness though, I’ve enjoyed every experience we’ve had here and will still by any time I’m in town.

Disregard the bad reviews because this place was awesome. The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had! The crust was light and could easily chew it unlike box chain pizza places. The staff was very friendly and the vibes are what make this place a must try! Shorty stands tall in this area!

We tried Shorty’s for the first time recently and we will be back. We were seated right away and someone took our drink order. We ordered Italian Knots for an app, they were pretty good. We ordered a large meat lovers pizza and a 10pc wings. Everything came out quickly and was great. The staff was friendly and the service was great. There is a full service bar and an outside turf area were family’s were playing and eating. Very cool place.

My husband’s pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, they made a cheese pizza and put cold pepperoni on top of it… all the food came out separately, and the cheese in my pillow pocket wasn’t melted and the pineapple was cold, it was supposed to have ham on it but they forgot. I literally got cheese and pineapple in a crust
