Waited inside the door for 5 minutes to learn if we needed to be seated or seat ourselves. Staff could not have acted more disinterested in serving us and it wasn’t busy. Nobody took drink orders after waiting some time so we walked up to the cooler to see what was available and had to serve ourselves.

Great food for a great price! Most of my plate was covered in fries and the burger was fantastic! All for just under $10 the staff seemed tired so that wasn’t the best but overall had a fantastic time! I little side note for ya… the women’s bathroom (probably the men’s aswell) has two toilets but no dividers… so that’s interesting.

The food was good, but the service was extremely slow. It took well over an hour to get our food and the place wasn’t that busy. Our waitress seemed to be a little grouchy. If you’re in a hurry don’t go to Shorty’s.

We had a great experience while visiting on a recent fishing trip. The special was an 8 oz sirloin, potato of your choice and the salad bar. The special with a beer came to $16.50 All six guys ordered the special. We were all pleasantly surprised to find our steaks cook perfectly. Three medium and three medium rare. The salad bar was very nice with many delicious choices and the staff was very accommodating. We will be back during our next visit.

The food was great and the prices were very reasonable. My husband had a patty melt and I had a bacon cheeseburger, both with fries. We each loved our sandwiches and the fries were awesome – crisp on the outside and soft & moist inside. We’ll definitely be going back again
