Amazing! Fantastic! Unbelievable!Highly recommended!!!!
This is the second time we have held a function at Shortstop Bar & Grill. My husband’s retirement party was held there years ago. Last Saturday, we had a baby shower at SS and all we can say is “Outstanding”!
Monica and her team of professionals were attentive and accommodating from day 1. The banquet room was large and easy to decorate. The area easily held our party of 60 people.
The food was so, so very good, hot and plentiful! We chose the lunch buffet with terrific dishes to choose from. The per person luncheon fee was reasonable, especially because there were no other fees to use the room. If we needed anything at all we need only to ask. Monica treated us like we were family.
They even went over and above the call of duty for us! In our haste to clean up, some important papers were thrown away. I texted Monica as soon as we found they were missing and she got to work on it. Monica had her Dad go through the trash bags from our room and FOUND the envelope!!! Talk about exceptional service!!!! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been to the Shortstop multiple times, but most recently held our high school class reunion there. The banquet room is cozy, great ambience well decorated it was very convenient to be able to go in and out of the banquet facility into the concert venue. The food and service was too notch! Monica made the planning seamless and effortless ! Vanessa our private room server was attentive and efficient! I give it a five stars on every aspect and have no regrets or anything I would change please consider having your next event there you won’t regret it

Short stop hosted a cast after party for my daughter’s drama club. Th room was perfect, food was excellent , our server was wonderful, and the kids had a blast! They allowed me to set up karaoke which kept the kids busy and happy! Monica was very easy to work with for planning. Will definitely do this again! thank you Short Stop!

We have gone to this restaurant probably ten times in the last two years. To start I would say if you want to just get drinks the place is fine. From my experience this is a go to place for wings and burgers as well, that is where they shine, the fries are good too. The wraps aren’t bad, where I would avoid is the seafood personally. Did not enjoy the fish sandwich or the salmon or the white fish. I have not tried the pizza but I would imagine it’s good. This place is very roomy with tons of outdoor seating, the owner and staff are always very professional. This is a great location to bring children, they have a decent kids menu. We just went again tonight, I prefer their wings over the hangar when i get that craving. The side salad was mediocre, but again the fries my wife had were great. Solid selection of beers. Remember I review compared to like restaurants and this place is better than 7 Bs and I prefer it over Westwood. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. We will continue to come here for burgers, baby time, and wings!

Great place with good food! The service is awesome, super friendly and helpful staff. Their French fries are amazing too, crispy and delicious. The meals have a good ratio of ingredients and great flavor, but sometimes the chicken is a bit oily. Check out Shortstop if you’re nearby! It’s a really family friendly place with very good meals.

Great food and drinks!! I’ve enjoyed watching the Steve Nagle comedy shows and also seeing live bands there. Nice outdoor dining area. Love the pinball machines!!!

We stopped to grab a burger 1:00 afternoon. The wait staff was a bartender and 1 waitress for the whole place. Took the food order quickly. I asked if the French fries were soft inside and crispy outside. The waitress said, they are but I will make a note Got the food 45 minutes later. The temperature of the meat were both overcooked. The fries were barely crispy. My wrap was old, cold and stale. Waitress never noticed I didn’t eat more than a couple bites of the wrap.

While out visiting my Mother in law I found this GEM!!!! Great service, food priced right for the portions and fresh food good quality food. Found out it’s family owned and you could tell the owners really cared about your service and food as they checked in on us!!!! The dessert was beyond awesome, I wanted to lick the homemade salted caramel off the plate!!!! Looking forward to coming back with friends and family for the out door music this summer and more great food!!!
