We had a lovely brunch experience here. The food was simple but well done—crispy bacon, fresh fruit, and deviled eggs that were flavorful and satisfying.

The atmosphere was a big highlight. We had a table right by the ocean, and it was quiet when we went, which made it feel relaxed and almost private. We really appreciated that we weren’t seated right next to other parties. We sat downstairs, but they also have an upstairs area with ocean views, which looked great as well.

I’m gluten-free, so my options were a bit limited, but what I could eat was very good and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a peaceful, scenic spot for brunch, especially if you’re looking to enjoy the ocean without a crowded or noisy setting.

Absolutely beautiful view as we were seated by the window. We arrived with no reservation but they let us have a table before their reservation came in; great customer service! We started off with the Salmon Belly Nigiri which was excellent, especially having been stationed in Japan for 8+ years this was a great cut of fatty salmon. The Buffalo Onion Rings were delightfully delicious as the breading was cooked well; it did not fall apart as I took each bite. The buffalo sauce was a great touch along with the bleu cheese crumbles. Just make sure you eat it quick as the onion rings sit in the sauce, given it took a bit before it started to get soggy.
The fish & chips were extremely crispy and the fries perfectly seasoned. The grilled lemon gave it the smokiness flavor and went extremely well with the fish. The Alaskan cod was not fishy whatsoever, a great entree. For all the mushroom lovers, I am guilty for being one myself we’re perfectly caramelized atop the Chilean Seabass dish. The risotto was creamy and light, and the fish freshly cooked. A great place for the family or a date night. I would definitely go again!

Have been here a few times already. I tend to sit at the bar upstairs. Bartender’s customer service is excellent. He always takes good care of us when we’re there. Drinks are great and the food… man the food. So far everything we’ve ever tried since they’ve opened was phenomenal. Quality is beyond and the price is reasonable for what is served. Top notch from the appetizers, dinner, as well as the raw bar. Has become one of my go-tos when in the area.

If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend.

Great location, great food , service was extremely lacking. We ordered a Caesar salad, side potatoes and bacon. We came in for a light bite. Our server took our order and didn’t come back until she dropped the check off. We were sitting at our table with our dishes stacked waiting on the check for over 10 mins. There was only 1 other table upstairs and she was spending all of her time with them.
We did not get asked how our good are food was, did not get asked if we’d like anything else… nothing. Someone else brought our food out and he was nice & the hostess was great, so maybe it was just this one server?
But still Great food and location are nothing if the service is lacking.

This place was fantastic! The location is amazing right along the water and near the Seaport Village so it’s centrally located to many attractions and hotels in Downtown San Diego.

My friends surprised me with a lovely birthday lunch. The food was phenomenal and it was hard not to pick everything off the menu to try. The overstuffed eggs, crab cake Benedict was so delicious. We were so full when we left.

The staff is personable, professional, and offered great recommendations on items to try from the menu. They made my birthday so special and I thank you all again!

This is such a cute place. I really liked the food…. My favorite part was the view. It was really good. Such a good place for brunch. I will say the reception was very nice. But the man who served didn’t check in with us for more drinks and he was not great. I would return but would ask for a different server. The restroom downstairs was clean and stocked.

This is such an overall terrific dining experience — the location, the ambiance, the food, and the service! The seafood is very fresh! We had Kumai oysters dressed in ponzu, Tobasco and smelt roe (Tobiko). The cod and salmon belly sushi were delicious as were their other seafood dishes. I’m glad Seaport Village has this wonderful restaurant!

2 stars for the scallop appetizers. 4 small ones for $24, overcooked and not super fresh. 3 stars for swordfish tacos. Fish a bit overcooked, tortillas were good but too greasy. Expect more for $44. Nice setting (which ur paying for!) but quite noisy and a bit stuffy in the interior seating area. Probably better if the day was warmer and they opened the windows.

Had a great time here. Delicious food. Our server was busy. I was enjoying the view not until a lady sat next to us, she started to pull down the shade that was next to me. That was not fun.
We waited for a good amount of time for our food. But it was worth it as we were hungry from a walk.

Beautiful restaurant. Great ambiance.

I ordered the black cod which was good but there were olives scattered across the plate and olives aren’t mentioned in the menu description. I hate olives and wouldn’t have ordered the dish if I had known. I recommend that the restaurant update its menu description to mention olives since it’s a somewhat polarizing ingredient.

My only other feedback is that the restaurant’s google listing shows an inaccurate address so it was hard to find. It’s a relatively new business so maybe it was entered incorrectly. Hopefully an easy fix.
