Stopped in for a few drinks during happy hour. Drinks were made right! Grabbed a blackened chicken salad, delicious and fresh. Grabbed some wings and fries, all hot fresh and tasty! Our waitress was phenomenal. She made sure we were ok and taken care of well.

I want to thank Jorge for above & beyond and superb excellent customer service and support! He gives customer service a good name. The many times that we enjoyed our experiences at the Shor Tarven was thanks to Jorge. The food & drinks were delicious every single time. I was at the Hyatt Regency for our National Elk IBPOEW Convention and the Shor Tavern was our go to for breakfast, lunch & and dinner! I recommend this lovely establishment and I also hope you get to have to Jorge Experience which equals excellent customer care!

Whether it’s a drink with friends or a quick bite, this quaint little Tavern has everything you could want. From the quaint seating to the pleasant atmosphere, there’s something for everyone making this place a joyful treat.
The staff was very attentive and cater to her every need. I would highly recommend this if you’re in town or even staying in the area.

Endri was such an attentive and excellent server! I’m visiting from out of town for a wedding and was so glad to have him as part of my first dining experience in Jacksonville. His service made a great impression — I’d absolutely recommend him!

I met friends at Shor for lunch. I am being generous with the two-star review. There were only four tables occupied, yet it took 10 minutes just to get water. One reason for the sluggish service was that one employee read his phone the entire time we were there. He never even looked up. With mediocre food and almost no service, it was an easy decision to be one-and-done with Shor.

I’m actually going to rate this place a 4.5 bc my customer service was awesome AND if you go here you have to try the seafood gumbo and Brussels with garlic aioli ! My goodness! I’ve had a bowl every damn day I was here and stayed a week. Delish! Also my food came out fairly quickly. I came a little after happy hour this time. Definitely was satisfied. I would most def stay here again and come here again to order these specific dishes. I did have other things on the menu throughout the week but these I ordered consistently. Enjoy and thank me later ☺️
