I have eaten at Shoppers once and ordered twice. I would have given it 5 stars on everything till today. Fries are cold and the wrap was meh. Wrap was mostly lettuce and the steak was only in the center of the wrap. We have had good experiences with the pizza that would make at least 4 star but this experience was very meh.

If you’re looking for a place to have any type of catered event look no further. We had my husband’s birthday party here and it was INCREDIBLE. Lauren and Joey did a wonderful job at helping us put together a menu, and figure out how much food we needed to be able to serve our family and friends. We had the party on the back patio which was so spacious and it was a beautiful day! They were incredibly accommodating to any requests we had and made it super easy to plan this event. Everyone who came said the food was amazing and had so much fun (Freddy’s Famous Mac and Cheese was definitely a favorite). Thank you shoppers cafe for giving us a place to celebrate with the people we love.

Came here to watch Thursday night football to scope out the TV situation for Patriot’s games. Shoppers has tons and tons of TVs which is perfect. The restaurant is big and you don’t feel crammed. I got their caesar wrap and to my surprise it wasn’t creamy caesar it was like italian dressing. Someone had recommended their wings and they must’ve meant their bone-in because the boneless were disappointing. My partner got the honey bbq melt and loved it! They had a great size menu, and we will definitely be back for football Sundays.

I’m always hesitant to go here but i’m glad I did. the food and service is pretty good. IMO one of the best pizza places in waltham. Highly recommend the hot honey pizza.

The food can be good quality, but it can be a little hit or miss today. I got the saddest chicken sub I’ve ever gotten in my life. One thin cut cutlet and a half for an entire sub was disappointing

I was greeted by a nice young lady first. I had to use the restroom. Upon my return I was kindly greeted by server Matt and he took my to go order. After checking the Caesar wrap with steaks and he saw how my eyes popped, he offered to get me a plate if I wanted to change my mind and eat … sure enough i did and he brought me the plat with silverware. He had a very warm and welcoming attitude and energy. That’s what I look for from the staff in nice and cozy establishments like the Shopper’s Cafe. Highly recommended when in Waltham.

My friend and I came to Shoppers for the Pats game. Fresh wings. Mozzarella stack was OK. We also had the Taco and Cesar salads. Both were good. Fast and professional bartender. A dedicated spot for Keno play would help with the constant stream of players squeezing up at the bar.
