Shopey’s Pizza uses the highest quality ingredients to ensure a unique pizza experience. Our house made chorizo and Italian sausage use pork that is humane certified and has never seen an antibiotic or hormone. Our bacon, pepperoni, and ham are all uncured, nitrate and nitrite free. We only use unbleached, unbromated, flour in our crust.

Gotta admit it, the family cheese pizza pie was good! It takes a good pie to open my eyes . Pleasantly surprised. Being a Bronx guy I’ve had the best pizza and honestly it’s rare I can sample a pizza close to what I get in NY. Shopey’s is pretty close. Lots of flavor and greasy as a pizza should be. Next time I might ask them to cook a bit longer so it’ll crust up some, otherwise bravo. Will be going back. The wife had a Caesar salad and that was good to. Highly recommend

This place is immensely tasty!! I got The Diablo calzone and ilyou could taste every bit of the flavors, also snagged their pesto garlic bites. Highly recommend both of these and more, great place, cool atmosphere and some fantastic service! Personal 9.1 out of 10 would highly recommend if you’re in Windsor or even just passing through. Bar area is nice and clean too

The pizza & salad were delicious and the service was great! The owner came by our table to check on us. Very nice guy. I look forward to returning when they are fully moved in and the bar is open etc. It’s nice to have other pizza options in northern Colorado. Although I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming I don’t mind driving 45 minutes for great pizza!

While visiting family in Windsor we felt the urge for pizza on a Friday night. Never being in this area, I wasn’t sure where to go. I ordered for pickup. Large pizza with ham and sausage.
When I arrived they got my pizza for me and opened the box. My eyes must have looked like saucers. The size of their “Large” pizza shocked me. You see, I hand tossed pizzas for 4 years in high school, so I know pizza. And, I’m quite particular about my “za.”
The pizza they served me was a medium sized pie from where I come from all day. Definitely, not a Large. Then, my next issue was the amount of toppings. There was barely any sauce, minimal cheese, about 8-10 small diced pieces of ham. Looking hard for a minute or so I was able to find several small chunks of sausage.
Now, the pizza tasted ok. But could have tasted so much better with more of what makes a piece of bread, a “pizza.”
Staff was nice and friendly. Overall, I was quite disappointed. I most likely would not return and can’t recommend this establishment based on my above description.

The pizza was so good. Wish I knew about this spot sooner. All the sides tasted amazing. Super good service and owners were extremely nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

Came in on a rainy Friday night and place was empty and to ourselves. Win! They say usually Friday nights are hoping, so if that’s your jam.
Wasn’t feeling pizza, so decided to go with lasagna. It was covered in a ton of marinara sauce which I love. I do wish the lasagna itself was built a little bigger. It didn’t feel me up at all. The lasagna was very tasty and the marinara sauce was delicious.

This place is awesome. I usually go for the lunch $8 2 slice and a soda deal. Pizza is always piping hot with a nice crust and cooked perfectly. My favorite spot to go to anytime I’m in Windsor.

Very friendly staff, clean atmosphere. An NFL game was on the overheads; my visit was quiet (a Thursday night), my pizza was delicious, and my 1554 was cold. Would become my go-to if I lived around here.

My favorite Stromboli I’ve found since moving away from Vegas years ago.
They have since different twists to classic foods but they are great going with the flavor.
The lady at the bar was also unbelievably nice and insured that the kitchen staff delivering the food got everything correctly. It is neat to see them working as a team. We will be coming back and hopefully often.
We got the Pesto Garlic Know, The Meat Stromboli, and my kiddo got a slice of cheese pizza.
