We came in with a kids hockey team filled the seats, two staff for about an hour a third came in. The staff was so organized, great with the kids, FAST. The food was amazing, great job on the kitchen banging out great food. The servers in the front should be proud of how good of a team they are. I would highly recommend

It pains me to have to write this review for a local establishment but I am fed up and something needs to be said. This is now the second time that I have ordered take out from Shooters and have not been charged the advertised price that is shown on their online menu!
I mentioned it the last time and obviously, my complaint was ignored. When picking up my food, I asked for an itemized receipt and all I was given, was my debit receipt showing the total. This alone does not meet government requirements for restaurants.
When you get a receipt, it should say everything you ordered and how much is being charged for it as to ensure confidence in your establishment and prove that no funny business is going on. Just giving someone a receipt that shows a total price is sketchy to say the least and I was proven right!
If you don’t believe me, check the menu on their website and then order something. this is shameful and I will not be returning and will not take down this review until or unless your online menu is updated and proper transparency is shown on your receipts.
on top of all this, my food was waiting on the counter and cold when I received it even though I told them exactly how much time I needed to get there and showed up within that time frame.

I ordered to halibut dinner, it looked more like perch, and it was incredibly dry, our server checked with the kitchen and was told it was halibut, sorry, my friend had a burger and fries and wanted some relish , we were told they didn’t have any next I asked that the kitchen might have some because they make tartar sauce when she came back. She says, oh It would cost you 99 cents for the relish. Because it’s considered a sauce lo, this place is not exactly cheap. Our bill came in at over 80 bucks with 2 drinks, do yourself a favor and avoid this place and save yourself the grief and expense for a subpar meal, not my first time here, but certainly my last. Open.

What a night at Shooters in Amherstburg! The place was absolutely buzzing with energy — great vibe, good music, and an incredible crowd that reminded everyone why this spot is a local favorite.
Big shoutout to Matt and his amazing team for putting together such an unforgettable night. The atmosphere was electric from start to finish, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Michelle, who hustled all night long, keeping everyone’s glasses full and spirits high despite the packed house — you’re a rockstar!
And of course, major kudos to Area 51 — Dave and the guys absolutely crushed it! Their sets had the whole room moving, and the energy was contagious.

stopped in for lunch. the food was very tasty and perfectly prepared. definitely have to try the jalapeno shrimp dipped in mac n’cheese, it was dangerously yummy. the lovely waitress we had, did everything to ensure the visit was amazing, setting the bar for great service. this place is a new go to, when in Amherstburg and hungry.

Ended up here after discovering that a couple other places weren’t open. It’s pretty nice inside and there’s a large patio. The food was ok, not bad but nothing I would seek out. Seems more of a town watering hole. I found the bacon to be really greasy, it was dripping out of my sandwich. The burger was average but the meat was a bit tough. Maybe it was just an off day in the kitchen when I visited.

It was very busy for a Saturday night, in the PM there was a live band coming in to play. Food is good, lots of bar style foods and fair priced specials.

We stopped in to eat on the patio. They have a very nice covered area and some tables with umbrellas. Thank goodness we sat under the awning – it protected us from the rain.
The food was good. Everyone had something different, but all of it was served hot and very delicious. The service was a little slow, but that was probably due to the weather and shuffling tables around.
They have a ton of parking. It is a great local hangout in Amherstburg.
