Ordered a pepperoni pizza with half sausage. Came out half sausage half pepperoni and when we pointe out there mistake they threw cold pepperoni and cold cheese on it and gave it back to us. For a $20 pizza that’s ridiculous. Get your shit together.

On a bowling league and we either have burnt pizza or not cooked enough! Then we have hair in our pizza! We order extra food and it takes over an hour sometimes even longer. Had to get a refund cause they said they cooked it but we never got it and it was almost time for us to leave. They will put the order in correctly and we get the food wrong. This has happened a few times. When we ask how much longer they say 15 mins but then it’s an hour later. Not very happy with the grill area at all! The bartender does her best when she is the only one during these busy times with the leagues and extra bowlers. Not sure what’s Ned’s to be done but it has made me not want to bowl at these lanes anymore after this league!!

Poor service. The bartenders are only bartenders. They do not leave from behind the bar to ask if you need a drink.
