The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was very good too! The seating is very close quarters. I was surprised to see as many children there as I did on a Friday night. Couldn’t tell if it was a bad or a family restaurant. I would suggest they add a curfew for ppl under 21, so adults can enjoy the bar there and have somewhere to sit.

The food here is unfortunately average at best, but service here has always been good so I think that speaks something in and of itself. The chili was exceptionally good, but the burger was a a greasy mess with no taste, and the fries were undercooked and bland. My tab for a small cup of chili, a burger, and fries was $25. That’s a heavy hit for what equates to very average bar food. I’ve been here three times over the past year and the results have been the same across anything I ordered, so I think it’s fair to say I’m pretty firm on this rating. I’d say don’t come here unless alcohol will be dictating your taste pallet.

I came here expecting to enjoy the Super Bowl like everyone else, but was shocked when the halftime performance was deliberately changed to the “Great American Show.” This was not a neutral decision. It was a statement.
Halftime shows are a celebration of culture, music, and representation. Changing it in real time sends a clear message about what — and who — you are uncomfortable with. Whether intentional or not, this choice came across as racially motivated and deeply disrespectful. It showed a lack of inclusivity and awareness, and frankly revealed your true colors Kenny. And the owners true colors that you stated he wasn’t supporting Bad Bunny himself.
Restaurants are community spaces. What you did made it very clear who you welcome and who you don’t. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes time to reflect on how damaging and divisive this decision was. Multiple tables left but I hope the few “regulars” and your racists selves were happy with that decision.

Was a place I used to feel welcomed and get good service and decent food. But in recent months it’s gone down hill. Hit or miss on the vibes for the younger crowd going on late nights on weekends. The service became very “who do you know” and if you’re a regular. The ladies are generally great with service, it’s the male bartender to worry about. I already felt racial undertones but never had anything said to me or my friends, just looks and being ignored for service at the bar. But the news of the Super Bowl halftime show being changed to the TPUSA one is the final straw. I hoped for better for this community and this establishment but racists and “good ole boys club” behavior I’ve witnessed is not what this town needs.

Shooters is awesome. The atmosphere is super friendly and has a sports bar vibe that is family-friendly. The food was delicious and looked astounding. I was able to feed a family of 6 and take some to go without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for some good BBQ here is your spot.

Went in for food with a good coworker to enjoy the Super Bowl! THEY TURNED OFF THE HALF TIME SHOW. SAID THAT THEY WERENT GONN SUPPORT IT. SO IF YOURE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHITE, JUST KNOW YOUR NOT WELCOMED. THE MANAGER KENNY ACTUALLY WAS VERY ARROGANT WHEN I ASKED HIM TO EXPLAIN THE PREDICAMENT, HE SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT HE AND THE OWNER AND THE REST OF THE BAR IS NOT GONNA SUPPORT IT AND THEY WILL NOT BE SHOWING IT. I WENT HERE FOR THE WHOLE SUPERBOWL NOT FOR THEM TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT TO SHOW. GLADLY WILL NEVER SHOW MY FACE IN HERE AGAIN.

Pretty nice little place. The food was very good and you get lots of it.
The hand breaded chicken livers were amazing, the smoked bologna sandwich was awesome, my wife has buffalo chicken dip and chips and the pulled pork both were great.

First time here with grandson attending McKendree. Im a huge BBQ fan and the ribs are the most tender and meaty I’ve ever had! Mac n Cheese was very good too. Service was top notch. Highly recommend!

Place was packed when we arrived, got a seat quickly and waited on right away. Our server did an amazing job considering how packed the place was.
Shooters sweet deep fried rib appetizer was amazing. Definitely recommend trying it. Brisket was on point!! Servings are huge , that was 1 order of fries in the picture, it was enough to share.
