I have been back for breakfast buffet on Sunday twice in the last month of November for a Shoney’s. I was pretty impressed. The food‘s been hot. Both times service was great if you didn’t know I didn’t, but they do take Apple Pay. I think I spent for the buffet and a drink right at close to $20

My waitress name was Jamie and she was so kind and attentive. I’ve been here a few times and somehow she always is my waitress and I’m grateful! It really does make for a better atmosphere when the staff is friendly. I needed people to know it’s a good shoneys esp because of the workers. That really does make a difference in people’s experience. But yes if y’all go Jamie is cool! The other lady’s are nice as well.

Won’t be back after seeing someone bring a large dog in that put its paws on the buffet and food wasn’t changed after a guy touched some pancakes with bare hands and also I ordered from the menu and was forced to have the buffet which was nothing but breakfast on it. If you don’t want to honor something on the menu then don’t have a menu it’s not my problem y’all didnt want to cook nothing but breakfast it’s y’all’s no wonder y’all don’t have no business. Also Kim needs to be fired she’s is very pushy a tip is earned not given and as rude as she was to me and didn’t do her job as a actual server she didn’t deserve a tip. Over all a terrible experience I liked the other location that closed way better than this one and ate there frequently this one needs serious help.

I am writing to share my recent experience at this location on December 25, 2024, which was quite distressing for me and my family. I’m not from the area and was visiting for the first time for the Christmas breakfast buffet. My family and I, which consisted of myself, my spouse, and our 20 month old decided to have breakfast out as a Christmas treat for the family, which ultimately went from nice to bad quickly.
During our visit, I discovered a bug in my toddler’s drink. I have attached a picture of this for reference. This was not only alarming but also quite disgusting, especially considering the health implications involved.
I understand that these situations can happen, but as a parent, I was extremely concerned about what this could mean for my child’s safety.
While I appreciate that the manager, Maria, addressed the issue by comping one meal and the drink, I felt that this response did not adequately reflect the severity of the situation. A more comprehensive apology and compensation would have been appropriate under the circumstances.
It is essential for food establishments to prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, I did not feel that either of these were achieved during my visit.
I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration to ensure a better experience for future customers because my family and I will not be returning.

Malyndia recommended the brunch bar, which was loaded with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, links, chicken, meatloaf and other things I’m sure I forgot. It was all fresh and delicious for dessert. We had strawberry pie, which was quite an experience. We will be back.

My husband and I had the food bar it was fresh breakfast and lunch was both out on the bar all was fresh. Very hot or cold depends on what you got. The chicken was the best tasting chicken I had in years. I even asked how they fried it. They deep fried it but the flavor was great. I was a little hurt they don’t have the scone bread anymore haven’t inva long time.
As we all know there aren’t very many Shoneys open any more. To find one open is rare. We use to go every week and eat on Sunday and some during the week. But we had to travel to get to one. Never lived in a town where one was. I sure wish we had one in our small KY town we don’t have good restaurants in our town most sit down ones closed at 2 pm nothing open for supper except fast food places I’m sick of all of them. I really miss seeing Shoneys in other towns we go to they are closed up or some the building is tore down. Please try this one out it is a great place prices are less then fast food too. The buffet was 12.99 all you can eat. With desserts too. Salad they have it all plus they have a menu too. We like the buffet cause the food is always fresh and good tasting. Great place best way to know is to go and try it out for your self.

This place was awesome!! The fried chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potato’s- shoot everything- were to die for. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much when we walked in and saw it was a Buffett, but do not let that fool you. The hostess/server named Kim deserves the world. She was so so sweet, conversational, and funny. She said she had been there for I think 18 years? I can’t remember the exact time frame, but Kim if you see this, you made our entire trip. She was so sweet and made this visit to Shoney’s amazing. We’ll be back for sure!

Only thing good was the salad and the few pieces of food that weren’t hard or cold Can’t expect too much but man… I remember when Shoney’s was great! First let me say, I’ve been to this Shoneys for years. Today was a fantastic experience. We were there around 8:30am for breakfast and they were steady busy. The buffet was maintained with fresh items especially the bacon, it was perfectly cooked. Service was on point, wife’s drink never got below half.
