06-10-2025 – Went here with my mother. The food was pretty good on the bar besides the salad bar area was hot, it was not even chilled which is a major problem. Service was decent but was lack of being I guess you could say nice They wasn’t rude but they wasn’t polite either. As of the cleanliness the tables and our tables seemed clean but the floors were not the best at our table it was very slick once you stood up.

The place is so dated and showing its age. Floors are dirty with ground food Into the tile grout where a pressure washer couldn’t help clean it.
It’s amazing how warm it is inside the restaurant and yet all the food on the buffet is cold.
A few of the younger waitresses are nice and attentive. The older ladies are rude and do t do much.
They have one older lady she loves to clean the buffet top glass and spray windex all over the food and your plate if you are in her way, Really rude.
God forbid you order something off the menu instead of getting the buffet you may never get the food and it will be cold when it come too.

A little crowded but it is popular. The waitress, probably the only woman of color eorking there was a very good looking, friendly and efficient sweetheart.
The buffee is its notoriety and there is a good selection though obviously you have yo get it yourself and the food is typical buffet quality.

I had the buffet, so getting the food was pretty quick. It was pretty good and freshly made. The server we had was excellent. They were very nice and kept our drinks full and plates cleared from the table.

Convenient next to Hotel I was staying at. Food is cafeteria level. Good variety. Music is too loud not background at all. I had to turn my hearing aids down. Dated but clean. Careful at the bar they are kept hot. Surprisingly good coffee

This is the first time eating at Shoney’s in years, possibly a decade. Atmosphere was lively food was pretty good, even though they must have changed the recipe on a few things, because the flavor was not the same. The salad bar was amazingly fresh, and Buffet had great selection, and the hot fudge cake was the star of the show!

The dinner Buffett at Shoney’s offered a decent variety on the Buffett. Fried Chicken, fish hamburgers, mashed potatoes, soups, salad & desserts. Definitely something for everyone. You can’t beat the price especially if you are getting the senior discount. The server did a great job. Taryn was attentive to ally dining needs.

I went 90.00 plus for one meal the place was so hot that we couldn’t eat. Most of food (sea food) want fully cook the glass of chocolate milk was water and chocolate syrup and it was nast . I was so excited to go to Lewisburg wv to see family and to eat at Stoney’s again but after this I won’t step foot in it Then when I cashed out they charged they messed up and charged me 30.00 more on cost our waitress did great but others so loud letting about need more food for buffet and 6 of the waitress was Vern rude and pushing in to buffet to stock up I almost fell
